Money can definitely give us lots of comforts; some people actually say money can buy anything — but money cannot buy us happiness. Money cannot buy us peace of mind. Money cannot assure us of our emotional well-being. I know many of us would love to have a million dollars. Just as light is followed by darkness failure and success follow one another . they represent the two sides of the same coin. Just as success in reaching our goal should not make us proud, an attitude of hopelessness should be given up in the wake of failure because failure is a stepping stone to success.
It sis widely said that diamond cannot be polished without friction and a man cannot be made perfect without trials. Lives of all great man cannot be made perfect without trials. Lives of all great men remind us that fame and glory are gained only by overcoming failures and setbacks. Failure should be looked upon as the lubricating oil that drives the machinery of human action to greater heights.
To feel proud at success and to remain sorrowful at failure are the indications of our inability to control our mind. Calmness and a sense of understanding are necessary in both the conditions.
Success and glory never merit the lazy. In the wake of failure, think in a positive way and have faith in yourself and success will be yours.
In short failure is not final and success is not everlasting. so always give your best success will be there at your doorsteps.
Recognize your achievements.
Even the most successful mean might have made some mistake on there way to fame . however , what sets these men apart, is that they were so busy getting ahead that they had not tome to was on self-pity or regret. They did not even spend their energy devising ways of avoiding more pitfalls. Instead , they continued boldly, trying again and again regardless of the risks involved.
For example;
Consider, what happens to the driver of a car, who watches on the ditches he wants to avoid, instead of keeping his eye on his road? The answer is-he lands up in a ditch!
Better alternative;
Be concerned with what you want, rather than what you do not want! By all means admit your mistakes but this should only indicate a willingness to go ahead and not to waste your precious time thinking about your past mistakes.
Concentrate instead, on your achievements which you did well in the past and which give you a feeling of pride!
Be a winner;
It is false modesty that you must admit failures. On the other hand. You might as well admit your achievements.
And in recognizing you achievements, you will meet, a most interesting and increasingly successful stranger, that is You!
Rich without money
There are some people who carry their wealth with them who are rich without money. They do not need palatial homes or large bank accounts. How to control Anger?
Sages and savants have described anger as the most destructive human emotion. It not only disturbs our peace of mind but also brings untold suffering in the shape of bad health and poor relationships. The opposite to anger is patience and acceptance. A healthy and joyous life is possible only if we put anger under control
For most of us, never getting angry is impossible but we can certainly modify our behavior to make a situation better identifying the basic cause of anger and coming to understand whether it needs a short term or long-term management, strategies to keep anger under control are helpful only when we come to find out its reasons.
Experts believe that the real problem is not anger but the mismanagement of it. Before we get carried away by it or say or do something, we should consider the possible negative effects of anger. It is important to let people close to you know hat something is bothering you. Putting focus on finding a solution for the problem is a positive approach to come out of a puzzling situation.
Many times anger and other frustrations arise due to certain inescapable problems . in our day-to-day life we see that anger, even if it I justified can quickly turn irrational . Angry people tend to jump to and act on conclusions which is heated moments can be self-destructive . Slowing down, thinking carefully and listening to what the other person is saying gives us time to gain composer and react in a measured manner.
Sometime our immediate surrounding and the person around give us cause for irrational and fury. Putting yourself in other person’s shoes also helps you gain a different understanding. When anger is building up, just pause and try to think in a positive manner . speak carefully to dissolve the heat of the moment. A touch of humour can also help diffuse difficult situations.
While arguing, it is better to attach the problem and not the person and also be aware of when to quit. If you feel your anger might get out of control, take slow and deep breathing and try to change the place or the environment.
It is said that anger exists in the mind and is the direct result of our thoughts. Always blaming our difficulties on others is a sure sign of many problems and faults within our mind. If we are truly balanced inside and have our mind under control, even difficult people and circumstances would not be able to disturb us.
Our physical and mental health is closely related to each other. Taking care of the body by exercising regularly , eating right food, getting enough sleep meaning time properly and adhering to mental discipline along with a flexible and friendly attitude towards everybody gives us enough advantages to face difficult strains. Yoga and mediation are also increasingly seen as quite helpful for angry and stressed persons.

Set Standards and Demand Excellence
1. You must set priorities. I always remember my father said” Your health comes first; without that you have nothing.
2. You need an ability to grab hold of tough problems and not delegate them. It is not fair to allow the person below you take the brunt of making the hand decisions.
3. Set and demand standards of excellence. Anybody who accepts mediocrity in school, on the job, in life is a person who compromises.
4. You need a sense of urgency. It is absolutely better to do something, recognizing that it may not be the right thing but better than do nothing at all.
5. Pay attention to details . Getting the facts is the key to good decision making
6. You need commitment. You can always pick out the person who has a commitment.
7. Do not waste your time worrying about things you cannot do anything about.
8. You need the ability to fail. I am amazed at the number of organizations that were set up and the environment where thy do not permit their people to be wrong.

Three Obstacles To Success
Most people would like more out of life than they already have. Yet, most of them will never achieve them because they are easily discouraged.
Just think of all the things you have ever wanted to accomplish in your life and why you did not accomplish them. You would probably say you did not given hard enough or you never panned them properly. In fact you are discouraged by three things from being successful than anything else. They are:
Fear: Fear of failure is the biggest obstacle to our success. Fear is negative feeling. It paralyzes us. Most people don’t succeed because they are afraid to fail. They are so afraid to fail, they don’t even take chance; which creates a vicious cycle since the only time we really fail is when we stop taking chances. Do you ever realize that if you keep working hard day after day you are giving yourself an opportunity to be successful to be best? It is only when you stop, you keep away from the opportunity you ever had to be successful.
Others: This is a big obstacle to success. Others are always ready, willing to tell us “It cannot be done”, and stop us from doing what we want to do in our lives and careers. They would like you to think that they are acting in your best interest, but they are not. In fact they are acting in there own best interest. There are too many people who want to discourage you so that you would no the more successful than they are. The next time one of them tell you. “it cannot be done”, tell them, “You are right, you cannot do it, but I can”.
Habits :Bad habits constantly stop us to reach our goal. The habit of postponement , laziness; not writing things down and many others. The problem with bad habits is not that we have them; it is how we try to break them habits are addictions (drinking, drugs, gambling). Addictions have to be stopped stage by stage. After all you did not acquire bad habits overnight. What makes you think that you can change them overnight? Bad habits must be changed a little bit at a time. Mark out one day a week, you would not postpone; make one more sales call than you normally do; wake up five minutes earlier every day.
Do it for a month, then next month do a little more. There are no overnight successes. Success is a long journey over a road that has many roadblocks; it is the people that go through these roadblocks who become successful.
Live with Superiors
A man should live with his superiors as he does with his fire; not too near, lest he burns; not too far off, lest he freezes.
A single Pure Thought
A single person does not make a family; a single family does not make a community, a single community does not make the world; a single stick does not make a bundle; a single hand does not make a service; a single flower does not make a garland; but, a single pure thought does make a difference.
Heaven On Earth
Every morning is a fresh beginning. Today is a new day. I have lived all my life up to this moment to come to this day . I shall make each moment of this day a heaven on Earth.

Most people would like more out of life than they already have. Yet, most of them will never achieve them because they are easily discouraged.
Just think of all the things you have ever wanted to accomplish in your life and why you did not accomplish them. You would probably say you did not given hard enough or you never panned them properly. In fact you are discouraged by three things from being successful than anything else. They are:
Fear: Fear of failure is the biggest obstacle to our success. Fear is negative feeling. It paralyzes us. Most people don’t succeed because they are afraid to fail. They are so afraid to fail, they don’t even take chance; which creates a vicious cycle since the only time we really fail is when we stop taking chances. Do you ever realize that if you keep working hard day after day you are giving yourself an opportunity to be successful to be best? It is only when you stop, you keep away from the opportunity you ever had to be successful.
Others: This is a big obstacle to success. Others are always ready, willing to tell us “It cannot be done”, and stop us from doing what we want to do in our lives and careers. They would like you to think that they are acting in your best interest, but they are not. In fact they are acting in there own best interest. There are too many people who want to discourage you so that you would no the more successful than they are. The next time one of them tell you. “it cannot be done”, tell them, “You are right, you cannot do it, but I can”.
Habits :Bad habits constantly stop us to reach our goal. The habit of postponement , laziness; not writing things down and many others. The problem with bad habits is not that we have them; it is how we try to break them habits are addictions (drinking, drugs, gambling). Addictions have to be stopped stage by stage. After all you did not acquire bad habits overnight. What makes you think that you can change them overnight? Bad habits must be changed a little bit at a time. Mark out one day a week, you would not postpone; make one more sales call than you normally do; wake up five minutes earlier every day.
Do it for a month, then next month do a little more. There are no overnight successes. Success is a long journey over a road that has many roadblocks; it is the people that go through these roadblocks who become successful.
Live with Superiors
A man should live with his superiors as he does with his fire; not too near, lest he burns; not too far off, lest he freezes.

Sure Steps To Attain Your Goal
Success does not come to those who just watch the world pass by. You mist have your goal. Here are ten methods to help you reach your goal and achieve success.
Have a Dream: Write Down What you Wish To Achieve! Everything starts with dreams, desires, goals etc. they will always be more than you presently have. If they were not , you would not want them. The most important thing you can do is write these ideas down as they happen. You can then capture all that is important to you. With constant review in a short time, you will begin to realize how important each and every goal is and you will sub consciously work out ways to achieve them.
Your Needs: There are four types of needs you will take into account; a)Physical Needs; b)Emotional Needs)Social Needs; d)Financial Needs.
You will find your day-to-day living requires something from all these groups. For example your physical needs could be as simple as playing a game to keep you fit. Your financial needs will be such as to have as much money at your disposal to accomplish what you wish.
As your goals becomes more clear in your mind, you will be able to understand the importance of each of these four needs.
Plan Thoroughly: Now that you know what you want you will now need to start bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Now that you are in the practice of writing things down that are important to you , you may have started to plan and prepare. Prepare Thoroughly. You cannot lost it you plan well.
One step At A Time
Plan well, set realistic targets. Plan to succeed from the outset.
Always Be Positive: To get to your goal you will need to brush away the negative attitudes. A healthy positive attitude is not enough on its own but it will open your mind to the several possibilities that exist on your journey to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
If you have a positive attitude to everything this will overflow into your achievement.
Persist Until You Succeed: Your desire for achievement will need to be supported with persistence.
With out being persistent, you may not get there. Where you get knocked down-getup again every knock down is simply a brief pause on the step during your ascendancy to the next floor. Learn from it and persist until you succeed.
Don’t Dream it! Be it!: Even the best, well thought out plan means nothing until its implementation. Action is the key. It is important to contemplated your next step before you take it with well structured plan.
Stay Active And Alert: Be up-to-date in your field of expertise so that you can always offer the best advise. Staying alert and active in your chosen field will give you an edge over your competitions.
Review Regularly: At regular intervals review your performance. Make comparisons with where you are compared with where you want to be. If it is not as good as you want either adjust the goal or the method for its achievement accordingly.
Do not disappointed if you cannot do it all at the first time as planned. You will need to confront obstacles in order to learn how to make things easier in the future. Making mistakes and adjusting you plan takes maturity. It come with extensive review and Self-analysis. The solutions will become simpler with periodical review of your targets.
Enjoy Yourself ; If you do not actively enjoy what you do, how can you expect to get so much from it? To be successful in what you do, you must really enjoy what you do.

A scripture may help us only when we give up work and retire to a forest, but it may not help us in the din and bustle of the world, in the daily toil, in disease, sorrow and poverty, in the depression that follows repentance, in the revolt of the oppressed, in the cruelty on the battlefield, in lust, in anger, enjoy, in exuberance of victory, in the darkness of defeat , and finally, in the dark night of death. If the scripture cannot light the lamp of hope in such situations, then weak as we are, such a scripture is useless to us.

Cobwebs are suggestive of age and disuse. We often hear people say, ‘get rid of the cobwebs of the mind.’ ‘Cobwebs stand for old fashioned ideas and prejudices that prevent progress. The saying calls one to shed old fashioned and outdated ideas and practices that hamper progress. To do things as they have always been done before is not always the best way of doing them. In the light of later experience, it proves wrong.
Many firms have struggled to carry on the old traditions initiated by the founder. This is in true respect to the principle that’ what was good enough for me”. While doing so they watched the businesses decline. So it requires someone with a more alert and more modern outlook to find a better line of thought. One must have the courage to introduce new ideas. If you ask a retiring person what he thinks of some new invention or changes, he disapproves. It is difficult to persuade a man to change his outlook on life or business, but not impossible. Such a person needs guidance. We must convince him that it is of no use denying the demands of the modern age we live in and work in. as the world progresses we must be able to find our place in the scheme of things, step-by-step.
One must not rest satisfied having achieved a little, but be determined to achieve more. Never mind what may or may not have been done in the past. Keep an open mind and bring a fresh outlook to make sure of progress.
Dusty desks and dusty minds! They both need cleaning and refreshing. No one can work comfortably in a closed room. If you are conscious of cobwebs, get rid of them from your mind. They hold you down, narrow your outlook and prevent you from making the most of life.
Success
When we focus our mind with single-pointed attention on a particular object-when we put all our energies into acquiring it-then without doubt, success is guaranteed and we will attain what we wish to achieve.

This is what happens to those who have realized the Self through either knowledge or devotion. Even while working, they are able to see themselves as different from one who is working. They are like ripe coconuts; the kernel within has been separated from the shell. Shake the coconut and hear the sound! We, in contrast, are like tender coconuts-the kernel and the shell are closely bound to one another. A blow on the shell affects the kernel too. We become” ripe” through the practice of Karma Yoga. As in a ripe coconut, our “;kernel and shell’ get separated. The Self gets separated from the mind, intellect, ego, sense organs and the body. It then lives blissfully in its own true nature.
Having discarded all external coverings, the Self is able to stand by itself. Not to speak of the waking state , even in sleep the illumined person sees his or her own body as if ti were someone else’s , as if someone else were sleeping. The poet-saint Ramparasad sang in Bengali;
Sleep has left me, no more shall I sleep.
In the state of Yoga, I am awake.
Her mystic sleep ; to Her have I returned
And have put my sleep to sleep!
This is the state in which the illumined ones lives; they can understand perfectly the meaning of this song. The more selfless our work is , the more our I-consciousness gradually shifts away from the body and the senses, and come to rest in the Self. We then experience the state described in the song above.

Sri Krishna says that the path of knowledge(samkhya) and the path of detached work(yoga) are not mutually contradictory. Only fools think that they are different. Sri Krishna tells Arjuna that he had not become so competent a student as to give up work altogether. He must reach his goal through doing work. Those whose minds have become totally free from all selfishness by unselfishness doing their duties attain a superconscious state though meditation. Unless Arjuna can do this, there is no point in simply working. Only those who have fully controlled their minds can cross the human boundary on the ladder of spiritual evolution. Efficiency Means
Efficiency means making the best use of your time and talent so that you live to full rich level in all the fields of your personal and social life. Anyone who want to be efficient must know what exactly he expects in his life and carrier. Once he knows this he can more on a straight line to his target-goal.
John F Kennedy said, “My fellow citizens, ask not what your country can do for your country”.
Once your main goals are set up, rest of the work is comparatively more easy. To attain them you can be helped considerably by three qualities-perseverance, cheerfulness and sing mindedness
You must not be discouraged by failures or temporary setback, said Vivekananda. You must look at everything from its best side. Even from prison bars you must see the stars and not the mud!.

There is Chinese story of an old farmer who had an old horse for tilling his fields. One day the horse escaped into the hills and when all the farmer’s neighbors sympathized with the old man over his bad luck, the farmer replied. ‘Bad Luck? Good Luck? Who Knows?’ A week later the horse returned with a herd of wild horses from the hills and his time the neighbours congratulated the farmer on his good luck. His reply was, ‘Good luck? Bad luck? Who knows? Then, when the farmer’s son was attempting to tame one of the wild horses, he fell of its back and broke his leg. Everyone thought this very bad luck. Not the farmer whose only reaction was. ‘Bad Luck?Good Luck?Who Knows?. Some weeks later the army marched into the village and look into military service every able bodied youth they found there. When they see the farmer’s son with his broken leg they let him off . Now was that good luck? Bad luck? Who Knows?
Every thing that seems on the surface to be an evil may be a good in disguise. And everything that seems good ont eh surface may really be an evil. So we are wise when we leave it to God to decide what is good luck and what is bad luck and thank Him so that all things turn out for good what those who love Him-From the book”Sadhana”

Harmony between Jnana and Karma
According to Karma Yoga, we have got to work. We can never remain without working; so long as the body exists, some work or other must be doing . it is impossible for us to give up work.
On the other hand, we read in the scriptures. “So long as we cannot give up all work, we are far away from attaining knowledge and spiritual freedom. ‘
At casual glance, the two ideas appear to be highly contradictory. It is very difficult to harmonize the two views. In the Gita Sri Krishna offers the teaching of Krama Yoga to harmonize these two apparently conflicting views. He agrees that unless we reach the state of toal non-work, we shall attain neither knowledge nor peace. But that stage cannot be reached through mere physical abstaincee from work. That, in fact, will only make us hypocrites. Once we reach the blessed state of non-work, our body right continue to work but every moment we shall be aware of the truth that “ I am not doing any work. I am totally separate from the body and the senses,” Work can be done with such sill that , as we go on working, we gradually attain that state. The central focus of Krma Yoga, therefore, is on training oneself to be non-working even while working.

Beware of Distorted Teachings
Self-knowledge is the mainstay of the Vedas. This is the only national wealth of India. It is from India that this knowledge spread to the other parts of the world. The day that India discards this knowledge will be the day she is destroyed. It will take a long time for people in other parts of the world to appreciate and attain this knowledge. In the field of spirituality India is still the teacher of the world. Accept the British and others as your teachers in the fields of commerce, politics, warfare and other subjects, and learn from them. But they have not become fit yet to occupy the same place in the field of spirituality . what more foolishness can there be than to set aside the living embodiments of spirituality such as Sri Ramakrishna and others, and go to those foreigners professing other religions to hear the glory their faith!

Do's and Don'ts

Don’t
To get a better position, you need a better disposition.
Don’t get into the habit of arriving late at work every morning. If you can arrive consistently late, it is just as easy to arrive on time.
Don’t continually ask your employer for permission to come late.
Don’t be clock-watcher. If overtime work is occasionally unavoidable, do it a willing heart.
Don’t try to pass the blame on to others when you make mistakes.
Don’t show bitterness. If you are blamed for making a mistakes.
Don’t gossip about the other people in your office.
Don’t make unnecessary complaints. If you have a genuine complaint, make sure you put it to the right person.
Don’t give confidential, information to other members of the staff or worse to outsiders.
Don’t make a large number of telephone calls during the working hours and if your friend rings up, don’t waste hours of your employer’s time chatting to him.
Don’t pick up and read letter, accounts or anything of a private nature lying on a colleague’s desk.
Don’t be a salve to your superior or arrogant towards inferiors. Maintain your dignity and self-respect and exhibit a regard for the feelings of others people. – (Courtesy: “Inspirational Quote”)
Value of A Smile
Be generous with your smiles. The good that they can do for yourself and for others is far reaching.
Smiling at a person who is troubled or who feels lonely or friendless can be worth a great deal more to him than you can realize. It will less alone in the world and it will give him new strength to work towards over coming his problems .
You may feel that you do not know just the right things to say to express your feelings to one who is troubled and needs your friendship. Often a smile that implies, “ I understand , I want to help you if I can; I am here if you need me, I am your friend, “ is of more value than any words.
Some persons fail to return a friendly smile. Make it a point to smile at everyone you meet and to accompany the smile with a pleasant , cheerful greeting . Soon everyone around you will smiling and you will be surrounded by good cheer and friendliness.
Smile, whether you feel like smiling or not and you will be surprise at how soon you will be feeling better.
Among other wonderful things that it can accomplish, a smile can win a new friend , help to heal a wound, influence a prospective employer in considering and application, clear away anger, lighten cares and improve a bad mood.
Smiles are priceless thing and yet they cost nothing. Spread them freely and receive the price less rewards that are sure to follow wherever you go. –“East and West Series.”

From what has been said so far, it is easy to understand why all of us are not born with the same intellectual capacity. Or why the mind and body of each person is dissimilar from those of every other person. Or why there exist natural differences in our mental and spiritual lives. The theory of rebirth alone can explain this. Western scholars try to explain away these obvious differences by saying that the child derives its qualities-good and bad-from its parents. There is no doubt that to a large extent the child inherits various diseases and mental characteristics from its parents. When the child is in no respect similar to its parents, they try to ascribe it to the differences in education. In this way the parents and the teachers are bounded with the sole responsibility. These scholars can offer no other solution to explain the differences among people.
The Vedanta scriptures say that these differences are due to karma, our past actions. Whoever we perform any action, it is done with a purpose in order to achieve that purpose, we activate the forces. Within us and around us in a particular way. Once all these forces are awakened and activated, they cannot but produce certain changes as a result. Thee changes are experienced or considered by us a good, or bad , joyful or sorrowful. If experienced as good or joyful, the mind wanted to hold on to the changes for all time. On the other had, if the changes are experienced as bad or sorrowful, or those which would surely bring sorrow in the future, then the mind tires to get rid of them by all possible means . in this way our work produces joy or sorrow and also leads to more work, just as from a seed springs from a tree which in turn produces flowers, fruits, and more seeds. It is clear that this life is not sufficient is experiences the results of all our work in the form of joy and sorrow. These effects are thus experience in the next bright.

HOW TO BE LESS TIRED
Much of the tiredness we complain of originates from the mind . For example, there is the tendency to think about jobs we have to do or about some problem which is worrying us. We become tired by thinking about tit before any indication of the possible problem.
Instead of worried thinking, select what is essential and necessary . Think constructively . Have a definite programme so that you know before you start in what order you want to do things.
Do tackle worries, one at a time . So often we get tired be cause we waste our energy shifting from one thing to another never finishing anything properly.
We became tired when we dislike and envy other people. If you are jealous of your neighbor, you are not likely to keep good relations with him. You fail to enjoy what you have, thinking only of what somebody else has and perhaps trying to get a similar thing.
Anger , enmity and living in a spirit of competition with other people, stimulate frustration. That state of continuous dissatisfaction with ourselves make us feel tired most of the time.
We become tired when we insist on trying to do too much in the available time. By straining to do more and more in less and less time we become increasingly tired. If you live in a chronic state or rush-and-hurry, we are likely to make mistakes or miss something important.
Make it one of your rule snot to push yourself too hard. Aim at being sensible and reasonable with yourself so that you make life flow as easily and pleasantly as possible. That is the way to be happier and less tired.

We have seen that body consciousness and the “unripe-I” go away completely at the highest level of devotion. Now let us see how for this is true for the seeker of knowledge. The knowledge –seeker says that is the real “I”? the real “I” is beyond the body, mind and everything. It is the witness of all these. It remains unchanged in all states . It neither grows nor diminishes. The real “I” dowels to all This “unripe-I” of ours is just a part of the “ripe-I” or the real “I” . The “unripe-I” comes from eh real “I”. the goal so the knowledge-seeker is to always remain aware of the real “I”, and to merge the ‘unripe-I”, into the real “I”.
It is clear then that the devotee’s state of “absorption” and the knowledge-seeker’s “merger” with the real “I” are one and the same. Both the devotee and the seeker of knowledge want t drown the “unripe-I” . Hanuman was once asked, “How do you mediate on Sri Rama?’ He replied “When my mind is connected with the body and senses, I see that .He is my master and I am the servant. When I become aware of myself as on individual soul, I see that He is the whole and I am a part of Him. He is like the sun and I am jut one of the many rays of the sun. when my mind transcends all limitations in the super conscious state, I see that He and I are one.”

20-Point programme for better living
1. Start the day with a smile; be cheerful, a gloomy face makes others also unhappy.
2. Put up patiently with all minor troubles and inconveniences you are often called upon to face in life everyday such as, a little loss of money comfort, honor, slightly ill health or denial of some of your legitimate rights. These pinpricks are common to all humanity.
3. Lend a helping hat to the suffering poor. This is the only way to thank God.
4. Be pleasing in your speech. Even the truth you speak should be soft and pleasing so that it does not hurt or cause pain to others.
5. Never neglect you health.
6. Exert yourself daily to minimize your desires, wants, needs, possessions, engagements, appointments and commitments, as much of your time and energy is spent in attending to these. Never think of adding to these, as any addition can cause you only more stress, worry and tension.
7. Cultivate the habit of viewing everything as belonging to the Creator and that there is nothing in this world which you can really call your own. You may posses but do not have a feeling of possession.
8. When you see people better placed than yourself, let not feeling of envy and jealousy enter your mind. On the other hand think about the lot of millions less fortunate than yourself.
9. Have the courage to admit your faults, mistakes lapses. Weakness and short comings, you will rise in the opinion of others.
10. Get rid of the habit of finding fault with others. Placed in similar circumstances you are likely to commit the same mistakes.
11. It is unwise to expect other to be like you and follow your ideals.
12. Make it a point not to entertain harmful feelings towards anybody. You should behave towards you enemies in such a way that one day they may become your friends.
13. Show due respect to your parents, teachers, elders and superiors. Love your equals, and be considerate towards your subordinates.
14. Try to mend yourself before attempting to correct the world.
15. You may engage yourself in doing social service provided you have the capacity and willingness to undertake such work. Even if you are not able to do any good, you must avoid from doing any disservice.
16. You must conduct your life in such a way that you give to others and the society more that what you take from them.
17. It is essential that you must practice daily to control your senses.
18. In all your dealings with others follow the golden rule; “Do unto others what you would like to be done unto yourself.
19. Devote at least a few minutes in prayer everyday in remembering in pray the creator and expressing your gratitude for all His mercies shown to you.
20. Before retiring to bad , pray to God to grant you better and happier tomorrow.

To cultivate A Beautiful Mind
To cultivate a beautiful garden you must uproot all weeds and other unlovely things. Like wise to cultivate a beautiful mind you must uproot and cast away from you all mental weeds and other unlovely thoughts, such as pride, envy, impatience, fear, resentment, and selfishness.
Everyone sings the glory of the heart, because it is a dwelling place of God. If you want to interact with Him, then you must turn your mind within.
The world is a comedy to those who think, a tragedy to those who feel.
