Embarking On A New Career
A good beginning ensures a good ending. It is time for the parents and youngster to think of new career, which may be a much beaten path or an unbeaten new path. A careful forethought and foresight are what one needs when one is accosted with a forked path. This careful choice lays before you a smooth journey.
There is yet another kind of career which is a different kind and doesn’t make you money, it is just makes you fuller human being. This must also be your goal as you embark on your new career, to make yourself a fuller human being and more professional too. Your goal is victory for you.
Resharpen your focus . what if you can’t remember X’s batting average , or Y’s RBI’S or Z’s earned run average or won-lost record. So what? But resharpen your focus . you will find yourself with more time or you must create more time for yourself . You must bypass trivia so you will have time . what can you do with it?
Embark on your new career. One in the worldly sense and the other, the evolution of ‘You’ Accepting your imperfection. Tolerating your weaknesses. Appreciating and developing your strengths . How?
You must accept yourself for what you are and yearn to grow daily by moving away from negativism.
You must think and do creatively as you reach for productive goals within capabilities and training.
You must also learn to control the emotional riot within you that distorts and scars your image, leading to disaster; you must give to yourself a friend first , then offer friendship to others.
You must learn to love life Now, not yesterday or tomorrow . your real love is for today. You must embark on your new career Today and attain Success.

If you wish to stay healthy and have longevity of life, you have got to stick to a healthful life style. In order to stay so, you have to improve your immune system. It takes care of a lot of things. Even if you have been exposed to the flu, you don’t have to get it. How to prevent it? The best flu or sickness prevention strategy is quite basic good nutrition, regular exercise, and enough sleep.
A well-nourished immune system is better able to fight off infections. It has got to be fuelled with natural vitamins and antioxidants found in healthful foods. Eat dark green, red and yellow vegetables and fruits. They are packed with numerous antioxidants, plus vitamins A,C, E and beta-carotene

After food and exercise, what we need is enough or plenty of sleep. Most adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep . Teens need more –about 9 hours daily. Growing kids need from 10 to 12 hours of sleep.
Stress is one of the prime factors that dents our immune system. Some stress is good to finish when to relax. Too much of stress leas to many health risks. To avoid stressful moments , plan your daily routine well. If you can do all these things, to a greater extent you an sty healthy, by not falling sick often. It is because your immune system fights with factors of illness.
Your Mission of Life
Your mission of life is –to bear on your shoulder the burden of others, to pursue with zeal, a task that is not inspiring, to succeed sticking to an aim though others claim the credit. This requires a clean mind and heart. But if you do them by discipline, your name will distinctly shine as a gem in heavenly shrine.
Perfect Moments
Life never seems to be the way we want it , but we live it the best way we can. There is no perfect life, but we can fill it with perfect moments.
People always call it luck when you have acted more sensibly than they have
What is Teleconferencing?
Now a days, we hear a lot about Teleconferencing. Teleconferencing is a system of holding conferences by television. It enables people to hold simultaneous ‘fact-to-public’ conferences with people in several cities. People who need to get together for discussions need no longer to travel to the same place to hold a conference. They can now communicate with each other by a form of television sent over telephone lines via satellites. The system is not like television in the home. The people can see each other on a large screen in their own rooms and talk easily to anyone taking part. Computers handle the transmission of the sound and pictures, using a very clever system. A computer at each end holds the picture in its memory. But after initially transmitting the whole picture, the sending computers only transmits the part that moves. The receiving computer mixes the still and moving parts so that a complete picture is always shown on the screen.
Quote from the essence of Bhagavad-Gita
In the eye of devotees. It is God the beloved who appears as everything in the world, animate and inanimate. He is the man, He is the woman. He is the boy , He is the girl, He is the servants and the maid-everywhere are His hands, everywhere His feet and eyes. With the full awareness that the world is God’s image, true devotees immerse themselves in the service of their beloved God, who is manifesting in the form of their spouses, children and others. The devotees live in order to serve . they are not attached to anything; selfishness has left them for good. They neither protest nor are troubled even at the possibility of death. Devotees attain “freedom while living” (jivanmukti) by merging their own will in the supreme will of the Divine. The sage narda expresses the characteristic of devotion in his Bhakti Sutras as “Devotion is the intense love for God.”
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
