Power of concentration

There is only one way to knowledge and wisdom and that is through the owner of concentration. Without this power nobody can accomplish anything in this world. The students who can concentrate their minds fully on their books are the best students. With the least effort they accomplish the most. The scientist in his laboratory concentration all the energies of his mind in one direction and thus discovers the secrets fo Nature. The astronomer fixes his mind, through his telescope, on sun, moon planets and they give up their secret to him. He is a good, musician who can concentrate his mind on his music. So also with artists and every one. This is the only road to knowledge. The more we can concentrate our minds on the subject of our study, the more rapidly the knowledge of that subject is revelled to us. Let us see then how to acquire this power of concentration, since all our wisdom is based on it, especially spiritual wisdom.

There are times when suddenly, everything becomes clear in away that is profound, when everything falls miraculously into place, when the burden of confusion lifts and one is able to see the way things actually are. In moments like these, one experiences liberation.

Many, at one time or another, have experienced moments of liberation, but few have been so deeply affected that their lives have become transformed as a result. Why is this? Because it is not spiritual experiences in and of themselves that set us free. It is not the experience of overwhelming love, unbearable bliss or even penetrating insight that allows people to change in an extraordinary way. It is the readiness and willingness of the individual to surrender unconditionally to that which is discovered in the spiritual experience.

 One who is truly ready and willing to surrender, once having tasted what it means to be awake, will stay awake. If one is not ready to surrender unconditionally, if the context in which the experience of revelation occurs is one of profound attachment to the way things have been, then, even direct experiential revelation of the spiritual dimension of life will not be enough to deeply affect that individual’s relationship to life.

Again, what allows the event of profound insight and revelation to become extraordinary transformation is ultimately only the readiness and willingness of the individual to surrender unconditionally to that which is discovered in the spiritual experience. Spiritual experiences in and of themselves do not set us free.

I drive joy There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 7 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive 4m.

Organise Your Time

Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of

Here is one respect in which we are all definitely born equal. Nobody has more time than you have, and no body has less . No one can inherit time. –or keep it in a bank to gather interest. As far as i can see, the only way to save time is to spend it wisely, which really means investing it properly. Invest your time in bettering yourself mentally and physically , in making yourself more skilful, in duties and pleasures- and hour’s investing in the way you should .everybody is constantly complaining. “I just haven’t got the time” Of course you have, if you know how to use it, it is true, you know , For some strange reason, the busiest people have time for everything. There is an old saying that tells us. “If you want something done fast, give it to a man who is too busy to do it. He’ll find time for it “The reason is that a busy person can’t afford to let the chores mount up, If you accomplish one thing at a time, all the chores are usually taken care of . the busy man has to learn to organizes and economise his time. To him time is too valuable a commodity to handle wastefully. Now I think everyone will agree that organisation is certainly essential in order to use time properly. Those who have no time for anything are just not organising well.

In order to sae time you have to overcome the major hurdle procrastination, half-brother to indecision. The more time you waste more headaches caused , and more opportunities missed my indecision than by any other time-consuming habit . however, if you have a lot of work to do, and you don’t know what to do first, make a list of things to do-work that can wait, urgent and habitual tasks and start working on them, You will be amazed at how much more you’ll get done. While doing the routines, habitual tasks, you’ll have plenty of time to think of other things.

An excellent time-saving habit to get into is to start things on time. Remember what someone once said “Loss an hour in the morning and you will be all day seeking it” You should make it a practice, as the television industry follows, leaving a “cushion “ of time. It means, for instance, if you feel a particular task will take an hour, allow yourself one hour fifteen minutes. Then if the chore really takes only an hour, you can start the next task early, and you have “cushion” at the beginning of the next job, As a result, the rest of the day, you wont have to suffer the breathless, rushed feeling. You can also undertake those things for which “ you never have time” by don’t thus don’t let yesterday use up too much of today.  Courtesy wisdom

Where does creation exist? She exists in the heart of the creator, as we know that Laskhmi stays n the heart of Nrayana, where does the creator exist? He exists in the Infinite Self or Consciousness that goes by the name of Brahman exist? He exists in Himself. He is eternal, all blissful and all knowing. All –bliss and all knowledge comes from Him alone. He has got the monopoly of them. None else can give bliss and wisdom, and if anyone else has the power to give a little of them he is only the apparent giver, the real give being Brahman Who uses him as His tool, ‘Whatever is glorious” charming and sublime’ He says n His incarnation as Sri Krishna, Know that a portion of My power has brought it into existence’ When God manifest Himself though a person, then alone He can make others’ happy and wise.  

If he has got monopoly of bliss and wisdom and life, and if I and all men and women have an intense longing for them, and if nothing easel can satisfy us, then we will have to go ti Him . How to go to Him? Where can find Him out? Let us see, Horses are  to be found in stables and not in nest, ie,, horses are to be searched where horses live and not birds Milk is to be found in milk and not in water. Salt is to be found in salt alone and not in sugar. So, if Brahman is consciousness, then He can be fond only in consciousness and not in unconsciousness . spirituality can be fond only in spirit and not in matter.
