How to control Anger?
Sages and savants have described anger as the most destructive human emotion. It not only disturbs our peace of mind but also brings untold suffering in the shape of bad health and poor relationships. The opposite to anger is patience and acceptance. A healthy and joyous life is possible only if we put anger under control
For most of us, never getting angry is impossible but we can certainly modify our behavior to make a situation better identifying the basic cause of anger and coming to understand whether it needs a short term or long-term management, strategies to keep anger under control are helpful only when we come to find out its reasons.
Experts believe that the real problem is not anger but the mismanagement of it. Before we get carried away by it or say or do something, we should consider the possible negative effects of anger. It is important to let people close to you know hat something is bothering you. Putting focus on finding a solution for the problem is a positive approach to come out of a puzzling situation.
Many times anger and other frustrations arise due to certain inescapable problems . in our day-to-day life we see that anger, even if it I justified can quickly turn irrational . Angry people tend to jump to and act on conclusions which is heated moments can be self-destructive . Slowing down, thinking carefully and listening to what the other person is saying gives us time to gain composer and react in a measured manner.
Sometime our immediate surrounding and the person around give us cause for irrational and fury. Putting yourself in other person’s shoes also helps you gain a different understanding. When anger is building up, just pause and try to think in a positive manner . speak carefully to dissolve the heat of the moment. A touch of humour can also help diffuse difficult situations.
While arguing, it is better to attach the problem and not the person and also be aware of when to quit. If you feel your anger might get out of control, take slow and deep breathing and try to change the place or the environment.
It is said that anger exists in the mind and is the direct result of our thoughts. Always blaming our difficulties on others is a sure sign of many problems and faults within our mind. If we are truly balanced inside and have our mind under control, even difficult people and circumstances would not be able to disturb us.
Our physical and mental health is closely related to each other. Taking care of the body by exercising regularly , eating right food, getting enough sleep meaning time properly and adhering to mental discipline along with a flexible and friendly attitude towards everybody gives us enough advantages to face difficult strains. Yoga and mediation are also increasingly seen as quite helpful for angry and stressed persons.
Brilliant Conversationalist.
A gossip is one who talk to you about others. A bore is one who talks to you about himself. A brilliant conversationalist is one who talks to you about yourself.

Conquer fear and you can command your destiny
Imagination plays a very great part in producing fear. Man lives in constant fear and restlessness. He is afraid of accidents, disease, dishonor and separation from dear ones and death.
Try to find the cause of fear. Weak will is the main cause . timid ness and fear go together.
Fear chills the heart and turns the hairs grey . fear breeds fear.
Fear turns a king into a beggar. Fearlessness turns a beggar into a king.
Never entertain even a single thought of fear. Fear kills a man many times before his actual death.
Fearlessness is the greatest virtue. Fear is the greatest vice.
Do not cause fear in any heart.
Do not become a source of fear for anyone. Be simple . Be loving cheerful and compassionate.
Contract fear by entertaining thoughts of courage, boldness, cheerfulness and faith in Divine Grace.

Set Standards and Demand Excellence
1. You must set priorities. I always remember my father said” Your health comes first; without that you have nothing.
2. You need an ability to grab hold of tough problems and not delegate them. It is not fair to allow the person below you take the brunt of making the hand decisions.
3. Set and demand standards of excellence. Anybody who accepts mediocrity in school, on the job, in life is a person who compromises.
4. You need a sense of urgency. It is absolutely better to do something, recognizing that it may not be the right thing but better than do nothing at all.
5. Pay attention to details . Getting the facts is the key to good decision making
6. You need commitment. You can always pick out the person who has a commitment.
7. Do not waste your time worrying about things you cannot do anything about.
8. You need the ability to fail. I am amazed at the number of organizations that were set up and the environment where thy do not permit their people to be wrong.
9. Be tough but fair with people, being tough means setting standards and demanding performance. (Pemba)
Quote from true religion always helps
Religion teaches us even to look on suffering as an expression of God’s compassion, and on disease as a form of austerity. He sends us these for our spiritual growth. When the painful death of a dearest one makes us almost insane, nothing but the wisdom and sympathy of true religion give us solace.
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
