Your attitude is the sum total of your beliefs. Assumptions, expectation, and values. It determines the meaning or significance you attach to events and your response to them. Because of right attitude some people are successful. They have gone through hardships and yet their positive expectations keep retuning to them. Attitudes is the way we look at the world through our expectations and beliefs. We process thousands of thoughts in a day. According to author Robert Cooper, research suggests every one of our thoughts affect each of our cells. That is why attitude affects productivity. When our expectations are positive , we are helpful and generous towards others and exercise better judgment in problems solving decision making and creative skills . when our expectation are negative we have less ability to solve problems because we feel insecure and emotionally delicate . Through the seasons, nature presents us with an infinite variety of attitudes from gloomy mist to glorious sunshine. Our own moods , whether gloomy or bright, always reflect the way we deal with others. By our walk, the way you carry our head and shoulders, and the expressions on your face, your stimulate specific emotional response in others. Attitude also determines what you “see” and what you ‘hear’. It is like a glass shield around you through which everything must pass, before it reaches you. It, therefore, colours your perception. How do you develop attitude? Early in life, we imitate the attitude of our parents, teachers, friends and leaders. When we enter adolescences, we absorb the attitude of those we admire or respect. Later in life , we respond on the basis of our personal values, desires and beliefs. Fortunately, we never carve our attitude on stone- we can mould and change them almost every day. How do we develop the attitude we need. Choose the attitude you want to develop. The law of attraction is based on the precept that like attracts like.  You have probably heard many who stand behind the secret law of attraction and many who will tell you that it is a waste of time.  For those who believe it is a waste of time, it is a waste of time.  However, you do not totally believe that it will be a waste of time. You want to learn to put the secret into effect in your life. That is why you are here. 
Way # 1 : Decide Exactly What You Want
Write down your dreams and goals.  Many thoughts will come through your mind as you sit down to try to sort through this.  You want to be rich, you want a new home, you want the love of your life to come walking through the door, there are a lot of wants that can come to mind. 
However, take a deep breath and slow down.  Find out what really matters to you and will make you happy.  Write it down and begin working on your new successful life now.
Way # 2 : Eliminate the Obstacle
You cannot reach your goals if there is an obstacle in your way.  What you may not realize is that you have put the obstacle there in the first place.  You just did not realize that you were in the way of your own goal.  Now that you know, you can correct the problem and eliminate the obstacle. The successful people have a good life because they expect to have a good life.  They will accept nothing less.
Change your expectations.  It is the limits of your own expectations and beliefs that are preventing you from reaching your great life.  Expect success to come your way, expect to find your soul mate, and expect happiness and harmony in your life.
Way # 3 : Work Your Subconscious
Your subconscious never takes a break.  It is always on, always there for you.  The only thing about your subconscious is it cannot recognize negatives. Take note of all of your thoughts and make an effort to change them into more positive statements.  Instead of, “I don’t want to be lonely,’ you might say, ‘I am with my soul mate.’  Make it a positive statement and make it as if it already exists.
When you consistently speak positive affirmations and think in a positive manner, your subconscious catches on.  Even in your sleep, your subconscious will be working out positive outcomes in your life.
Way # 4 : Visualize
Visualizing allows your mind to get a clear picture of exactly what it is you are asking for.  See your dream in detail.  Use color, sound, movement, smell, and textures to make your dream feel real even before you see it in the physical realm. Meditate on this image every chance you get.  Get it firmly embedded in your whole being.  That way, when your dream comes true, you will recognize it!
For those times when you are too exhausted to focus, have a vision board handy.  A vision board is quite simply a picture collage of the things that remind you of your dream.  You may also use your positive affirmations on your vision board.  When your mind is cloudy, you can look at that vision board and it will begin to prod your positive mental state back into the forefront.
Way # 5 : Stay Vigilant But Not Anxious
Stay alert to nipping negative thoughts and feelings in the bud as it pertains to your desired outcome.
Always be ready to detect negativity and turn it around to the positive side. However, do not become obsessed with seeking out the negative.  That could have some very unwanted results.

Way # 6 : Receive Your Dream Life
This is sometimes the most difficult part of using the secret law of attraction.  You must be open to the way the universe fulfills your request.  It may come from a totally different direction that you thought it would.  However, it does not really matter how or from which direction, all that matters is that you will be experiencing the life you have always wanted.
Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.
Way # 7 : Gratefulness
Be grateful for all the good things you receive.  A grateful heart and mind adds strength to the magnet
of the law of attraction.  A grateful heart will also keep your mind on the positive events in your life. 
You will begin to notice that the cycle of good that is flowing through to you is limitless.

I love this idea because most of the time we become too engrossed about the result and it diverts our attention from the actual job. That is also the teaching of Buddha to be always conscious about 'NOW'. Not past nor future. And if we do that, every action of ours become so perfect !! And according to Gita's teaching, work without attachment leads to the freedom of the soul (Nirvana in Buddha's teaching).


And how to do work with a purpose connected with God ... when you engage with any work, just say, "In the name of the Merciful and Beneficent God". And God willing, thus every work is considered as an act of worship. Amen!

Many people do not use their brain fully and what they do not use goes rusty. If you wish to succeed in life you need to use your brain. There is no need to pray for more brains without realizing that the brains you have should be fully developed!
People who have used their brain fully have achieved extraordinary things in life. And people who through inactivity have not put their brain to the fullest use, have failed in life miserably.
Just think you have certain special abilities. You have brains and you know the method of dong things easily and skillfully. Believe in our self and work hard. Secret of Leadership
According to Professor Cyril Northcote Prksinson, Britih historian and author, known for study of business world, the secret of leadership is composed of the following Seven components.
Imagination:- can be described as an ability to form clearly in the mind alternative goals, It helps a leader to choose wisely in his planning and execution. In the final attainment ,one can reach the stage of a visionary-one who forms plans that are difficult to carry out.
Knowledge- is a priceless need of a leader. it is from the imaginative knowledge which he has collected in the past, that he can plan a course to reach his destination. Proper knowledge alone give the man required confidence to attain his goals. It is the lack of confidence that make people to show hot temper, indulge in fault-finding, and shouting techniques. The truth is, there are no bad workers-only bad leaders.
Ability is a skill , which a leader has in guiding other to perform their tasks to the best of their ability. This ability will make a leader do things which other people find difficult.
Determinations is the strong belief in one’s capacity to do the job . It sparks in the followers the necessary confidence to do their job well.
Acing strictly is rejected quality in our society . One cannot achieve distinction without this quality for the following reason.
(a) The idle, the disloyal and the fake have to be removed. (b) Where such elements are not controlled , it is the willing and able persons who have to bear all the burden. This is a situation that cannot last long, without affecting the confidence of the willing workers. (c) Organizational ability can only be improved by rewarding the fit and punishing the unfit, (d) Due credit, must be given, otherwise it will be meaningless to be creditworthy.
Attraction is necessary to command attention. If the leader is not visible, he is not heard. Since it is not practicable to be present everywhere in today’s world of massive bigness, it is better to be talked about. People talk about the man who do the uncommon and the unexpected.
Art. Professor Parkinson did not believe in the theory that leadership is a quality with which the man is born . Nor, it can be learnt in school and colleges. Leadership is an art that can be acquired with effort.
Man who Learns From Success And Failures.
The man who is discouraged by his mistakes and by opposition he is dulled. The man who learns from both success and failure –he is sharpened .
Any good that you do, do it now. Do not delay it, for you will not pass this way again.
God is Not Unjust
Remember that God is neither partial nor unjust. Remember that God is not responsible for the wealth of a man or the poverty of another . You suffer on account of your own wicked action.
True Greatness
Keep your mind closed to every undesirable , destructive and depressing thought. There is no altitude too high for your aim and aspiration. As you daily develop increased power you will be better ready for increased service. Remember true greatness is expressed in love , reverence, honor and nobility.
Your Environment Will Control You
In the end your environment will control you ; there fore , make sure that you control your environment . Avoid situations, acquaintances, associates, who tend to hold you back.
