Never mind what others say infinite strength in behind us. We are children of the Divine Mother and thee lies our strength . we must live boldly whole boldly, and die boldly. Fear is weakens fear is sin. We must have nothing to do with that .Shake off all impurities from the system and say, “I am pure , I am free ! No sin, no death and no fear for me. Shivoham! Shivoham! I am a child ofGod. I am immortal! Thee is no difference between an immortal father and an immortal child. Both are one and the same.  Strength , strength strength is necessary. No weak person can attain freedom. So be strong person can attain freedom. So be strong and shall of all weakness. Say day and night think , day and night “I am pure, I am blissful, I am free”May He who is the eternal Lord of the universe may He who comes in different forms for the good of humanity , make us strong steady pure and fearless, So that we may live In Him and Him alone!

We have to reject the negative and connect with the positive. Why do we react? Why do we desire one thing and not another? Reactions are a result of identification with negativity and dislikes.

Actions follow positivity. We can practise asanas only as long as we are fit. We practise meditation only as long as there is the desire. If there is no desire to practise yoga, we give it up. If we just revolve around our likes and dislikes, actions and reactions, desires and rejections all our life, it means we have not learnt the lesson to bring out the positivity. That positivity has to be expressed in every situation, whether it is an exam, a human relationship, social living or reclusive living. This is the understanding that yoga tries to give.We go through various experiences, good and bad. Whenever we react, it is a bad experience, and whenever we accept and act, it is a positive experience. Positivity and acceptance have to be our focus if we want to succeed in life. If this focus is lost, we cannot claim to be practitioners of yoga, only practitioners of asana, or meditation.Change has to come from within. In the third sutra of the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali discusses being established in one’s own nature as the seer, the drashta. To be established in one’s own nature means there has to be harmony, a flow in life. This optimism-and balance does not encounter nor is affected by blocks.

Two kinds of feelings dominate your life: like and dislike; craving and aversion. Totally unconditioned thinking is rare.Someone dear to us says something and we appreciate it; but the same thing uttered by an adversary and we feel contempt or fear. All action is conditioned or motivated by passion or disgust, approbation or disapprobation, attachment or indifference, attraction or revulsion.Aman shops for the best quality food; he does not want his family to consume adulterated foodstuff. Yet, the same person sells adulterated medicines to others, because he is indifferent to their fate. Due to lack of affection, he indulges in corruption.This feeling of attachment or unattachment powerfully affects one’s approach and all perversions in thought and action originate from there. True meditation helps you go beyond like and dislike, craving and aversion, to awaken in you a state of dispassion. Meditation is meaningless if it does not bring about a complete transformation.If a meditator keeps tranquil enough in the meditation hall, but on returning home continues fighting and quarrelling, his family would rightly look upon such a person and his meditation with misgiving.Meditation should awaken inner consciousness. The conscious mind becomes inert, but the inward consciousness becomes so active and expands so much that it transcends all conditioning. It remains steadfast and unchanging.But, if He exists?

I drive joy There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 7 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive 4m.

There have in fact, been great Vedantic lechers who have maintained that even in the ultimate there will remain certain permanent distinctions. For example, Sri Ramakrishna used to give this illustration, when the cold wind blows , the water of the sea , which is formless, becomes congealed frozen into ice, that which was formless takes from but when the sun rises again the ice melts away, that which had from becomes formless  Similarly the cool air of devotion makes the formless Divinity take form but when sun of monism rises, then the formed becomes formless . having said that, he used to add “But there is a place where the ice never melts Eternal ice is there, eternal forms of God” Well some will quote this and say “Yes, even in the highest realization of Divinity there can be from and so, although from a logical point of view monism is must satisfying from a religious point of view i am not a monist “ Or another will say, “Yes I admit that the monistic realization is that last state that comes to the soul, but you do not realise  . it by your own efforts-it comes of itself, and anyhow you cannot realize it until you have gone though all the other stages . so for practical purposes you might as well forget monism except when you have to discuss philosophy.

People are divided racially, religiously, politically, economically, and this division is fragmentation. It is bringing about great chaos in the world.

There is the spreading violence of man against man… This is what is happening; and the responsibility of the educator is really very great. He is concerned in all these schools to bring about a good human being who has a feeling of global relationship, who is not nationalistic, regional, separate, religiously clinging to the old dead traditions, which really have no value at all. The responsibility of the educator becomes more and more serious, more and more committed, more and more concerned with the education of his students.

What is education doing actually? Is it really helping mankind, our children, to become more concerned, gentler, generous, not to go back to the old pattern, the old ugliness and naughtiness of this world? If the educator is really concerned, as he must be, then he has to help the student to find out his relationship to the world, not to the world of imagination or romantic sentimentality, but to the actual world in which all things are taking place; and also to the world of nature, to the desert, the jungle or the few trees that surround him, and to the animals of the world. (Animals, fortunately, are not nationalistic; they hunt only to survive.) If the educator and the student lose their relationship to nature, to the trees, to the rolling sea, each will certainly lose his relationship with humanity.

Healthy criticism is necessary in life

Criticism corrects and improves standards. But the faults which we see readily in others are the faults which are seen in our own lives. So we should be very careful in judging others. It is improper to criticise another .if we have not made ourselves perfect by our own performance . some times people who accuse others do so to excuse themselves!

Everyday we come across people of different shades of opinion. Unhealthy criticism of their activities is likely to result in humiliation.

Healthy, well-informed, balanced criticism is essential in private or public life we should encourage honest criticism and have much public discussion of our problems.

Generally youth are sensitive to criticism and we should not forget this while judging the worthiness of their activities. The best way to manage youth or even children is to look at their performance from their own point of view before drawing any conclusion on its merit.

To give opinion , to bring out defects, to prove the wrong to suggest remedies these are the true aims of healthy criticism.

Reality in us with the reality of the universe until we realize that all these appearance are phenomenal and exist in relation to our mind and that the Atman or the Self is behind the mind. Until we can go beyond the sphere of relativity and plunge ourselves into the ocean of absolute Bliss. Here you may ask, if we are all slaves and if our real nature must be like a slave, then how can’t be otherwise? In answer to this , Vedanta says that our real nature is perfectly free. It is divine and immortal . “If So” , you may ask, “why are  we slaves?” The answer is , it is because of our mind. It is the mind which is the cause of our bondage or freedom . when our mind is imperfect, it is attached to the phenomenal appearances and makes us their slaves; but when it is purified and learns to go below the surface of things and begins to discriminate the eternal from the unreal then it becomes the cause of our freedom , then it becomes the cause of our freedom then we understand what freedom is. Each individual mind is bound to attain freedom and perfection through gradual experience (of courage it takes ages) by going though th process of evolution , That process is slow tiresome, and most undesirable . wise man do not want to go through that slow method . When Vedanta tells us each one will have to become free and perfect then what is the good of taking the long and tedious journey? Let us find a short cut way. Let us shorten the time by trying our best to attain to freedom and perfection in this life and realizing our true nature , or self or the Atman. Which is immortal free, divine and perfect.  It is free form death, diseases and sorrow. The moment we realize the Atman that very moment vanishes the fear of death and we become unselfhish and are conscious how great and majestic we are . Then we know that all the powers of the universe have proceeded from the infinite source of powers which lies within each individual soul. The and then alone we arrive at the foundation of that universal brotherhood, or Self hood, or oneness.

Because , if you know your own nature, you will know the nature of the universe and of God. Then you will see that each individual soul is perfect, divine and immortal and is living God on earth. In such a state there is no such thing as sex. The Atman is pure, sexless, and one., the woman’s right and man’s rights will be equal. As long as we are slaves of animal nature we see a man or a woman, but form the standpoint of the Atman all is divine. Then we shall be able to reform the social, political and religious evils that exist today is different parts of the world . then superstition and prejudice which arise from our ignorance of the Truth, will no longer reign on earth. All religious animosities will cease for ever. The will the kingdom of Heaven manifest here. Therefore , courtesy Vedanta in daily life
