Efficiency Means
Efficiency means making the best use of your time and talent so that you live to full rich level in all the fields of your personal and social life. Anyone who want to be efficient must know what exactly he expects in his life and carrier. Once he knows this he can more on a straight line to his target-goal.
John F Kennedy said, “My fellow citizens, ask not what your country can do for your country”.
Once your main goals are set up, rest of the work is comparatively more easy. To attain them you can be helped considerably by three qualities-perseverance, cheerfulness and sing mindedness
You must not be discouraged by failures or temporary setback, said Vivekananda. You must look at everything from its best side. Even from prison bars you must see the stars and not the mud!.
Only gracious way!
“The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it, if you can’t ignore it, overcome it; if you cant overcome it, laugh at it; if you can’t laugh it, it is probably deserved”
Really gracious
The really gracious expect no returns for their deeds of help. How can the world ever repay the rains?
Succour to the real poor
Your succor to the real poor alone is charity. Giving to all others is only bargain.
Abstain from condemnable acts
Neither matted hair nor shaven head is necessary to attain salvation if you abstain from condemnable acts.

Industry is the road to Wealth
Industry is the road to wealth and honesty to happiness; and he who strenuously endeavors to pursue them both may never fear the critics lash or the sharp cries of penury and want.
Good Luck? Bad Luck? Who Knows?
There is Chinese story of an old farmer who had an old horse for tilling his fields. One day the horse escaped into the hills and when all the farmer’s neighbors sympathized with the old man over his bad luck, the farmer replied. ‘Bad Luck? Good Luck? Who Knows?’ A week later the horse returned with a herd of wild horses from the hills and his time the neighbours congratulated the farmer on his good luck. His reply was, ‘Good luck? Bad luck? Who knows? Then, when the farmer’s son was attempting to tame one of the wild horses, he fell of its back and broke his leg. Everyone thought this very bad luck. Not the farmer whose only reaction was. ‘Bad Luck?Good Luck?Who Knows?. Some weeks later the army marched into the village and look into military service every able bodied youth they found there. When they see the farmer’s son with his broken leg they let him off . Now was that good luck? Bad luck? Who Knows?
Every thing that seems on the surface to be an evil may be a good in disguise. And everything that seems good ont eh surface may really be an evil. So we are wise when we leave it to God to decide what is good luck and what is bad luck and thank Him so that all things turn out for good what those who love Him-From the book”Sadhana”
Grow Rather Than Rot
Choose to love rather than hate
Choose to laugh rather than cry
Choose to create rather than destroy
Choose to persevere rather than quit
Choose to praise rather than criticise
Choose to heal-rather than wound
Choose to-act rather than postpone
Choose to grow rather than rot
A healthy attitude is contagious but don’t wait to catch it from others. Be a carrier.
Quote From Gita
Karma Yoga
Harmony between Jnana and Karma
According to Karma Yoga, we have got to work. We can never remain without working; so long as the body exists, some work or other must be doing . it is impossible for us to give up work.
On the other hand, we read in the scriptures. “So long as we cannot give up all work, we are far away from attaining knowledge and spiritual freedom. ‘
At casual glance, the two ideas appear to be highly contradictory. It is very difficult to harmonize the two views. In the Gita Sri Krishna offers the teaching of Krama Yoga to harmonize these two apparently conflicting views. He agrees that unless we reach the state of toal non-work, we shall attain neither knowledge nor peace. But that stage cannot be reached through mere physical abstaincee from work. That, in fact, will only make us hypocrites. Once we reach the blessed state of non-work, our body right continue to work but every moment we shall be aware of the truth that “ I am not doing any work. I am totally separate from the body and the senses,” Work can be done with such sill that , as we go on working, we gradually attain that state. The central focus of Krma Yoga, therefore, is on training oneself to be non-working even while working.
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
