Smile spreads joy in life

A smiling face is among our greatest personal assets, its physical value is seen when a perfectly plain face becomes attractive when it is lit up with a radiant smile. Smiling changes the very contours of the face instead of the worried lines the smile puts humours wrinkles across the forehead.

Mentally and socially too, smiling is of great value. The mental attitude of hopefulness produces the smile which in its turn stimulates and purifies the process of thinking. Smiling produces. a feeling of happiness. It awakens friendly feelings in those to whom it is directed. It prepares the ground for healthy relationship.

There is a certain tension between the meeting of two human beings. A smile helps to remove this tension . The person who give the smile eases his way into the human relationship. The person who receives the smile is put at ease, and secures a certain uplift to his ego. A smile can enrich our own lives and the lives of those with whom we come into contact.

When people try to help us, or tanks us, or reward us, let there be genuine smiling, heart warming appreciation of what they are doing. Learn the art of giving and serving with a smile if we really want to get happiness and to cultivate the ready smile, let us spend more time doing things for other people for the love of doing them. Finally, practise tranquillity . when a man is calm, peaceful-he has a serene and smiling face.

Always be watchful and pray to the Divine Mother to keep you spotless from all worldliness and egotism. Look to Her for help and guidance. She will make you strong and pure and inspire you more and more with Her Power. So long as Her love and blessings surround you, you are safe.

Self control is gained  through the practice of non-attachment . attachment is a habit and can be overcome by forming a new habit. Hundreds of times you may fail, but you know that unless you learn control you cannot have peace . so practice needs patience. You must struggle continually until you become perfect. Yo must start just where you are standing now. You must not complain but begin where you are and move onward and onward. Even though you fail thousands of times, you must still struggle to over come  those desires and passions which disturb the lake of your mind ad do not let you see your Divine Self at the bottom. Do not think that when you fail, all that you have gained is LOST. No; each time you rise after failure, you acquire fresh strength.

Do not be in a hurry; al that you have within will manifest itself in time; Work in moderation. Moderation is the only way to gain health , happiness and peace. When you observe this, then all your efforts will be crowned with success.
