L for love most people would say they love their spouse their children siblings parents and so n. This means the relationship is dependent on the other person and his or her relationship with you.

The leader is a person who becomes love personified. His love flows out to the entire humanity; may be to all living beings. Such a person treats people very well and is very lavish with his appreciation for a job well done. Respect automatically flows from him and juniors feel extremely comfortable in conferring with him or giving suggestions.

E for Energy The leader is full of self generated energy He is a person around whom people get automatically energised . This means that there is a kind of natural dynamic inside the leader which is constantly generating this energy in him ad around him. This leads to a positive environment created around him which helps in getting a far superior performance.

A for Action Action orientation is another very powerful traits of leadership .And again , not only is the leader action oriented but also around him people get action oriented.

D for Development of people Superior results are not possible unless there is a team of people around the leader who are constantly getting developed . the key again is that he need not actively go around developing people . Around him and environment gets created that people automatically get developed.

E for emotions. The leader is a person who is in touch with his emotions. he can easily empathise with his people . He can understand what is going on in their minds. it is only when a leader has an emotional connection with people, results take place automatically. His people will be willing to go all out to achieve results around such a person.

R for Role Model the above result take place only when the people see their leader a as a role model. People want to learn from the leader and want to become more and more like him.

S for Self Awareness Most bosses spend a lot of effort in trying to change their subordinates. I think it is fruitless trying to change others and far more beneficial to world on changing oneself. To become self-aware, however, it is important to spend some time alone with ourselves and reflect on our lives it is important to become aware of out thoughts words and our actions. Such a leader automatically becomes a much calmer person and exudes an inner strength which is very assuring to his team.

H for Happiness A leader is not only clam for within he is an intrinsically happy persons and an optimist about life. The joy for life that he feels is very infections and spreads to others around him . In our lives we take all the good thins we have for granted. We can see we can walk, we can eat, breathe and s on. There are many of us who don’t even realise that each one of these is a special gift we have been given and so to be grateful for that Gratitude brings about a feeling of internal happiness.

I for Inspiration Such a person who is happy who is self-aware is a role model . He automatically inspires people . The team of such a leader is always trying to exceed the expectations of the leader.

P for Passion The leader has to believe in a cause and with such passion that he almost becomes the cause itself he has to be totally consume by it. Again it should be something uplifting that actually not much effort should be required to him to develop passion for it. Also the idea actually should be one that comes from within and is not some latest fad that has been picked up from some place.

Make Yourself Happy

It is striking how important energy is to happiness. Unfortunately, when you’re feeling blue, it can be hard to muster the physical and mental energy needed to do the things that will make you happier. Sometimes, oddly, we feel too tired to go to bed. We cant face the effort of brushing our teeth, washing face, and all the rest. Once we identify the energy dips in our daily routine, we will be able to identify strategies to keep our energy higher. For long-term energy, it is most important to get enough sleep and get some exercise. We have to “burn energy to create energy” You can do  it by running up the stairs, singing out loud, doing a whirlwind tidy-up of your house etc. Counter intuitively these exertions don’t further drain you. Instead they furnish a much needed surge in energy. This give us a shot of energy and cheer. And if you need some energy right now-here’s help

Light deprivation is one reason that people feel tired

Research suggests that light stimulates brain chemicals that improve mood. For an extra boost, get your Sunlight first thing in the morning.

A brisk walk for about 30 minutes is enough to increase energy and decrease tension.

Act with energy. We think we act because of the way we feel, but often we feel because of the way we act. Trick yourself into “feeling” energetic by moving around more fast, pacing while you talk on the phone and putting more energy into your voice.

Good music gives an instant lift and is one of the fastest most reliable ways to affect your mood and energy levels.

A talk to an energetic friend certainly helps you. Not only do your gain energy from interactive with other people but you also –in what is called emotional contagion-“catch” their emotions

Unfinished tasks weigh you down. Sometime, we skip an important task for a later date or time .Force yourself to tackle one thing that is nagging you. Once you finish if off. You will feel a huge rush of energy.

Tidy surroundings make a huge difference. if your house or room is cluttered clean it up. Besides it, have some fun time which involves your friends or people of your choice; take a step towards acquiring a new skill towards acquiring a new skill you like to have sign up to volunteer for or try to participate in an organisation that furthers a cause you value; reach out to a family member you’ve been neglecting ; make something right: apologise confess repair, replace –or return something you borrowed; be helpful to an elderly person or a person who has small children . Motivate Yourself Positively

We wish to have a more positive life experience. To have positive experience we must positively motivate ourselves. We must be convinced that any change we make will bring about the gratification of a particular need to desire.

To make a constructive change in life, we must evaluate the potential benefits for any given action. Then we must convince ourselves that the benefits will justify or outweigh the price we have to pay for them. Others may inspire or threaten us to make such a change, but it is ‘You’ who must motivate yourself by means of ‘profit and loss’ comparison. To some degree, you have been doing this all your life. Now you can make certain hat the process will work for instead of against you.

The criminal or an addict all have gone through the same process and based on their levels of awareness, usually under tragic circumstances, realized that their wish to escape from reality, had cost them too high a price-their health , wealth, peace of mind and sometimes life. Once realization dawns on them, their motivation sets them on a more positive course.

You will find it most helpful to cultivate the use of two familiar but often neglected words. “wise and unwise” All actions should be so classified. None should be labelled “good” or “bad” “fair” or “unfair”, “right” or “wrong” because these are only moral judgements based on your present awareness or the collective awareness or society.

The terms wise and unwise do not impose value judgments. They allow you to Observe your actins or the actions of another and, on the basis of awareness decide if they are wise or unwise. At no time is the person being judged. Your actions may be faulty but you. The person you really are must never be classified as “bad” . This same understanding and courtesy must in turn be extended by you to everyone else. Courtesy wisdom

From very ancient times the Indo Aryan have known that this gross body of ours is not all; there is another , a subtler body less destructible than this physical body and more potent, composed of mind, intellect and the sense of ego.
