How to overcome stress?

One of the reasons we become stressed is because of the thousand and one subjects that are racing around our minds. Did I finish that project? How am I going to pay all of these bills? Will I ever get that promotion?

With all of these thoughts in our minds, it is easy to see why even the best of us can get stressed out fast. The solution is to get the thoughts out of your head and onto paper.

Clearing your  thoughts completely and starting from scratch would surely remedy your stressful situation, but you just cannot forget all of that important information. Take a pencil and a piece of paper and write down you thoughts and concerns. Now you mind will free to think of solutions.

Set out a plant to solve or correct each item. If you are worried about paying your bills, create a bill paying system that ensures orderly payment. If you don’t know whether  a certain work is completed or not to do a little research in time.

Getting your thoughts out of your head and into a workable form is a sure way to overcome stress. Not only will you remind be clear of stress, it will also be ready to solve you problems. (success Digest)

The Sense, mind and intellect are instruments operated by the Master, who is sitting in the heart. Though the Lord alone is the operator , the jiva forgets this fact and out of ego tries to take the credit for himself and brings about his own destruction.

All are equal to God and He does not discriminate. He who surrenders to him whole heartedly receives his blessings.

God protects him who takes refuge in God. From all dangers. The messengers of Death cannot dare approach him. He attains to the abode of God. Discarding this mortal body with joy and peace.
