Meditation On Peace And Happiness
Peace and happiness go hand in hand. What we imagine to be happiness is more often than not nothing but momentary, transitory feeling of pleasure. True joy is closely allied to pace. This mediation is so simple and so easy that you can practice if daily in sessions of seven ten minutes.
Step number on is the step of relaxation. Let us relax. Relax every muscle, relax every limb, relax every nerve of the body. Make it tension-free. If you like you may mentally picture the body in the form of a sac of potatoes. The sac is cut at the middle allowing the potatoes to roll out. How relaxed is the empty sack. Let the body feel relaxed, like wise.
Relax! Relax! Relax! Relax! Relax! Relax! Relax!
Now let the mind be free of the worries of the past and fears or expectations of the future. Let us live in the presents, the here and the now.
Now let us sit in a comfortable posture, so that we will not need to change it for a period of about ten minutes. Let us sit comfortably, preferably in a cross-legged position and keep our spine erect. If you wish, if you prefer, you can sit in a chair, keeping you spine erect and your feet gently touching the floor. Now take in the deep breaths. As you breathe deeply be relaxed. Begin.
Breath in slowly, evenly, deeply.
Now exhale slowly completely.
Now imagine that as you breath in, you are inhaling the peace of God, the pace that passeth, surpasseth understanding . As you breathe out you are exhaling calmness all around. There is peace within you, there is calm around you. Reflect on this beautiful passage from the Vedas.
May there be peace in the firmament.
May the waters flow peacefully.
May all the divine powers bring unto us pace.
The Supreme Lord is peace.
May we all dwell in pace, peace , pace!
And may the peace come into each of us.
Now we com to the final step. Become aware of the rhythm of you breathing.
In- Out-In-Out-In-Out- In-Out
Feel actually, feel peace infusing your body , your mind, your hart and your soul.
Now let us rub the palms of our hands together, place them gently on the eyelids, and gently, very very , gently open the eyes. This is the and of this mediation.

Installing Love
Tech Support; Yes, Sir….how can I help you?
Customer; Well , after much consideration, I have decided to install Love. Can you guide me through the process?
Tech Support; Yes, I can help you, Are you ready?
Customer; Well, I am not very technical, but I think I am ready. What do I do first?
Tech support; The first step is to open your Heart.
Customer: Yes, but there are several other programmes running now . Is it okay to install Love while thy are running?
Tech support: What programmes are running, ma’am?
Customer: I have Past Hurt Low Self-Esteem, Grudge and Resentment running now.
Tech support: No problem, Love all gradually erase Past Hurt and will eventually override. Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment . Those prgrammes prevent Love from being properly installed.
Customer: But I don’t know how to turn them off.
Tech support: go to your start menu and invoke Forgiveness.
Customer; Okay, done! Now Love has started installing itself, is that normal?
Tehc support; Yes, but remember that you have you have only the base pragramme. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to get the upgrades. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn share it with other and return some cool modules to you.
Customer; Thank you.

I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the ten minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked.
