Books like friends should be few and well chosen.

Good books bring light into darkness and sunshine into shades.

Good books are food for youth, delight at old age, ornament of prosperity, refuge and comfort during adversity, and reliable honest helper and guide in all stage of lives

The Daily Dozen

On the Eve of New Year, every one of us must take stock of our daily requirements or the daily dozen that make our lives happier and bring peace to the world.

Love :Without it we cannot survive. This incorporates the psychological and spiritual love of mankind, which is the foundation upon which we build the Brotherhood of Man

Security: There is a need for financial security but there is also a very great need for emotional and spiritual security within oneself that will provide peace of mind.

Self expression: We need to be creative in this world instead of being just idle bystanders.

Recognition : We must feel acceptance by others , but first we must find acceptance within ourselves and recognize our own worth.

New creative experiences: These determine our growth and maturity . We must continually remain alert for new opportunities to express ourselves creatively.

Self respect: More than anything else, we loudly value self respect and the respect of those.

Getting more living out : Instead of being passive vegetables, we must create a richer lie, each on his or here own terms and by one’s standards.

 Sharing happiness with others. Man should value his capacity to give young people  must be taught this value. It is one of the most valuable assets in a happy life.

Involvement : it is one of the essential requirements for people of all ages . Seek to help others who need your courage. Your understanding, and your good will.

The art of relaxation; We need to get rid of our tensions and recharge our creative energies for peace.

Reaching goals; It is through reaching daily goals that we reach personal success and maturity.

Rising above a mistake: We must learn to see the errors in daily life and we must learn to forgive ourselves so that we can approach new goals with clarity of mind and conscience
