Smile At It
Doctor “, said patient ,”I must say
you kept your promise when you said you d have me walking within two moths.
I am glad to hear that, replied the
doctor warmly .
Yes sir, said the patient, “when I
got your bill I had to sell my car.
What position does your son play on
the football team Mrs. Natahn?’
“I am not sure” replied Mrs Nathan,
“but I think he’s one of the drawbacks.”
First golfer; How long have you been
playing golf?”
Second two months.
First your terrific for someone
whose only been playing for two moths.
Second ; Yes –but I have been
learning for ten years.
A farmer persuaded one of his
cowhands to buy two raffle tickets, for which the draw was to be half that
night at a distance. The next day the cowhand asked the farmer who had won the
draw.
Oh, I won the first prize, said the
farmer. Aret I lucy?
And who won second prize, farmer?
Asked the cowhand. My wife won that, wasn’t she lucky?
Yes, she was and what about third
prize?”
No replied the cowhand. Am I not
lucky?”
A nose woke me up this morning what
was that ?

Teddy : its no good I cant do it
Instructor: Now then Teddy, you know
what Napoleon said . He said , There no such word as cant?
Teddy : I wonder if he ever tired to
strike a match on a bar of soap’
Ste[s of Aspiration
To grow a little wiser everyday.
To teach our mind and body to obey,
To shut the door on hat and scorn
and pride,
To open it to love, the window wide,
To meet with cheerful hearts what
come to us.
To change life’s discords into
harmony,
To share some weary workers’
heavenly load,
To guide some straying comrade to
the road,
To know that what we have is not our
own,
To feel that we are never quite
alone,
This shall we pray from day to day,
For then we know this life will
grow.
All these questions arise from utter
foolishness, because whatever you are seeing at this moment is God Himself this
whole universe and everything in it is God Himself. Are you rally seeing
anything else? If you think so, in your evaluation you are making a mistake.
You have come to a field where all kinds of pebbles are scattered about. You
are in search of diamonds you pick one up-throw it away; pick another up-throw
it away. Every pebble you picked up was a diamond. You id not recognize it as
such so you just dropped it. Then you said I could not find any diamonds.
You are seeking God, God is present
before you in this form , in that form. Everyone is God. That is why Swami
Vivekanda said, Do not seek Him , just see Him Rub your eyes , clear your
vision; you are not seeing clearly. You do not have to seek Him, because Hs is
here; nothing else but God is present here, whether living or non –living ,
human or subhuman-it is God Himself . what is wanted is that we see Him
clearly. Then we find our satisfaction.
