How to take right decisions?

Do not take impulsive decisions when you are worried or in fear.

Do not take decisions when you are very angry or when you are in very happy mood in these conditions your mind may mislead you.

Take enough time to think to analyze and to decide dispassionately. When you are confronted with a problem. Leave some time and relax so that you can arrive at a right decision at the right time.

Consult a wise person for timely guidance.

Do wirte your decision on a piece of paper and leave some time to receive and crime to a right decision.

Mantras for a better life

Chanting mantras is practice of positive thinking. A mantra is fascinating tool in the yogic science and is a combination of sound vibrations, positive words and rhythm. It is tool to redirect the mind that is easily influenced by the emotions . Most self help books speak of the power of positive thinking. It is a gift , an inspiration , subtle and noiseless. We cannot force it upon another mind. Each soul must evolve it . that which we evolve within saturates our whole life. We may not regarded as religious by our community, but that makes no difference. We carry a sustaining influence. When an emergency arises we know how to adjust ourselves fast. We possess the power to do our work, no matter what its nature, and come and unsullied and unspoiled.

We usually imagine that we feel attachment only for what is pleasing to us , but in reality  aversion binds us as much as desire. It is sometimes eve more difficult to free ourselves from unpleasant impressions than from pleasant ones. There are certain blunders, hasty words, unworthy acts, which leave a bad taste in our memory and we would like to forget them; but we seem powerless to do so, because our mind stubbornly clings to the. Often , too, we recognize something plainly detrimental to our progress , yet we are unable to drive it out of our thought.

One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive 4m.
