What doubt is there in this?

Once a man inquire the price of a parrot from a parrot seller. The later replied that it was one hundred rupees. “What is this? A single parrot is to cost a hundred rupees?” questioned the buyers. The seller replied, “What I told you is quite correct. You may ask the parrot itself, if you have got any doubt about it. “ He then asked the parrot, “Is your cost a hundred rupees ?” What doubt is there in this?” was the reply, from the parrot. Thereupon , thinking that the parrot to be a wonderful one, be purchased it paying a hundred rupees. He carried it home. But at home for all the question the parrot to be a wonderful one, he purchased it, paying a hundred rupees. He carried it home. But at home for all the question the parrot gave the same answer. “What doubt is there in this?” The parrot had been taught to speak only this.  One thing. At last the man said.  “Oh! What a great fool am I to have purchased this useless parrot for a hundred rupees, with out proper enquiry or thought?” Sharp comes the answer from eh parrot. “What doubt is there in this?

Fault finding

We are likely to find fault with our neighbours for small shortcomings and to overlook serious faults in ourselves.

We want to get a good price when we sell but want to buy cheaply. We want others be dealt with severely when they are in trouble but for ourselves we desires mercy and patience.

We expect our word to be accepted without a question but we are not prepared when it comes to accepting someone else’s word.

Surrender to God is the greatest sign of wisdom. The ignorant man, who clings to this ego, must suffer constantly. The man who surrenders himself to God as the Dower of all things, he alone finds peace, Through his life and actions be becomes blessed and bring blessing to others. For he no longer acts through  selfishness or ignorance , but he becomes a direct instrument in the hands of God and all his doings are filled with Divine Love and Wisdom.

One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive 4m.
