If we fail the Motherland

Our primary duty is to zealously guard our freedom against dangers from without and from within.

We have also to end users that the humblest among us has the same stature as the tallest in the land, that labour gets its legitimate share of its product, that the toiling millions in villages obtain a just return for the sweat of their brow, and that the sate discharges adequately its elementary duty  of feeding, clothing, housing and educating every son and daughter of the Motherland. It has now been given to us by God to fashion our country’s destiny according to our cherished ideals and aspirations.

If we fail the Motherland the blame will not lie at others doors, Indeed , there are enormous difficulties and very great obstacles in our way, but it is for us to overcome them.

Be Active

Take a book and start reading. Start writing a letter to one of your friends or relatives. God to a spiritual or social gathering . Change your environments; go in the open enjoy fresh air and a walk. Gardening or any other exercise will help. Do not overcrowded your mind with too many problems of worrying nature. Come to grips with one at a time. When all else fails, entrust your worrying problem to your supreme Lord.

Take a closer look at what you buy and use

As consumers we need to become more aware of what goes on behind and what goes into the products we use daily, and to find out their impact on the environment . take a closer look at what you buy and use.

Reject products whose manufacturing process is likely to damage the environment. This could include brands which come from companies known to pollute the environment, or those that involve cruel testing on animals.

Do read the small print on packages and bottles so that you can avoid products which contain environmentally un safe ingredients. For instance, most detergents, contain phosphates which are definitely harmful to the environment.

Overcome mental depression for better life.

Today mental depression is a real and tragic fact of life. Even brave and brilliant persons suffer from feelings of helplessness. Mental  depression produces changes in the functioning of body and mind making the person ineffective.

For a sizeable number of persons, mental depression leads to continuo0us feelings of hopelessness. There  are also examples of lifelong mental depression and emptiness resulting from guilt and shame. 

Eventually such persons commit suicide unable to free themselves from total loss of self-respect. There are also some most depressed persons, who are too ashamed to admit to anyone that they cannot cope with the series of problems in life.

A man’s exposure to mental depression depends on encouragement, values, love or support he is denied in the earlier years of his life. Mental depression is also caused when a man reaches a breaking point in series of unfortunate setbacks in life.

When mental depression comes  do not allow yourself to be cast down by it but make the best of it. Always look forward for better things, for more prosperous conditions, Many great heroes of the world met with metal  depressions.  However they’d freed themselves from the illness by tapping the right power and resources to deal with hopeless situations. Out of weakness. They became strong and out of suffering they became mature.

Any depressed man should rid himself of mental depression although it may take time to fully recover . Taking failures as stepping stones for success and remembering that God has provided built-in-power to overcome even the worst that happens in life, is the first step to overcome mental depression. When you face mental depression fill your mind with faith and hope and keep busy with some useful activity as not to give time from depression.
