Be Affirmative
Positive thinking is affirmative thinking. It is a way of looking at your problems and trying to solve them through constructive action . it helps you build on your strengths, overcome your weakness. It helps y0ou to focus on the good thing in . lie, and serves as a magnet, attracting everything good around you to strengthen you self-confidence. Each of us is endowed with myriads of talents and capabilities . Fortunately some of us recognize them earlier and start nurturing them . for some, it6 takes sometimes to realize what they are chiefly interested in, and what thy are capable of . once this realization dawns, what is, required is concentric effort and positive thinking.
The next important factor is time. You must learn to Master ?Time but let not Time master you . the other hurdles that stand between you and positive thinking are fear and worry. Try to erase these two negative aspects and cultivate self-reliance. Love , imagination enthusiasm and sense of houmour.
To help achieve all the above . practice the art of mediation keep telling yourself that you are endowed with power to accomplish everything you desire.
Remember only positive mental attitude can translate your wish into action and new successful you emerge.
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
