Influence of Feelings In Life
Feelings mould our personality and add meaning to life. Our physical activities and feelings are interrelated. They are life forces. They regulate and control our relations with others. In fact, they are the predominant forces behind whatever we speak, and do.
Without feelings life becomes dull. These are opinions we forms about many experiences around us. They remain deeply imprinted in our mind. Such feelings, later grow in strength and lead to very strong tendencies that influences our personality. They mould our attitudes. Before we are totally influenced by the negative feelings, we must set them right by reasoning and clear thinking. Otherwise, we become biased. Feelings have their bearing on our social behavior too.
We are surround by the external world that constantly influences our impressions and feelings. When it goes on continuously, how to evolve a genuine opinion/ though it is not a very simple task, it can be achieved by a study of the surroundings and circumstances, as causative factors that rule our opinions. One can tone down, one’s feelings by constant effort.
By doing so you can let grow positive feelings that can control. Or erase negative feelings. Better be a ruler, than be ruled by feelings. Beware, you hold the key for all your actions.
He Lives LONG
Life is made of little things. Life is pilgrimage. Life is half-spent, before we know what it is; while there is life, there is hope. He lives long, that lives well.
Ask Every Night
We should, every night, ask, an account of ourselves. What infirmity have I mastered to day/What passion have I overcome? What temptations have I acquired? Have I shown loving kindness to any one? Were my actions selfish or unselfish? Did I remember my Creator and thank Him for His gift of life.
World Owes Every Man!
I believer in the dignity of labour, whether with head or hand, that the world owes every man an opportunity to make a living.
Great And Noble Tasks
I long to accomplish great and noble tasks, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great and noble. The world is moved along. Not only by the mighty pushes of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker.
If you see ten troubles coming down the road you can be sure that nine will run into the ditch before they reach you.
Miracle of love
Love is a miracle.
Behold its working!
It bringeth life to the dead;
It ringeth joy to the sad;
It bringeth light to the dark and depondent soul;
It waketh the spirit that sulbereth in doubt.
Yea, love is miracle.
Behold its working in life!
It is life;
It is soul.
It is beauty;
It is joy;
It is peace.
It is all! It is al!
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
