Heaven of Freedom
Where the mind is without fear and
The head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up
Into fragments by narrow domestic walls;
Where words come out from the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches
Its arms towards perfection,
Where clear stream of reason has not lost its way
Into the dreary sand of dead habit;
Where the mind is led forward by thee
Into ever widening thought and action
Into that heaven of freedom,
My father let my country awake
-Rabindranath Tagore
Always be positive
Once upon a time there were some baby frogs participating in a competition. The target was to reach the top of a high tower. A crowd of people gathered to observe the race. The start-bell rang out. Quite honestly, none of the onlookers believed that the baby frogs could actually accomplish to reach the top of the tower. Words of doubt wee heard from the crowd.
One day one, some of the baby frogs fell off. Yet a few could climb higher and higher. The crowd kept on yelling ! “It is too difficult. Nobody is going to make it !
More baby frogs became tired and gave up . But one kept going higher and higher and he was not giving up ! At the end everybody had given up! At the other participants naturally wanted to know how he had managed to do what others wee unable to do! One competitor asked the winner, what the secret was. The winner replied that he was deaf.
Be positive always! Turn a deaf ear when people tell you, that you cannot reach your goal! Always believe You can make it!!!
Moral- Never listen to people who are negative in thinking. Always be aware of the power of words, as everything you hear and read will interfere with your actions!
We are most nearly ourselves when we achieve the seriousness of the child play.
Every person is a volume if you know how to read him/her
Life is a art of drawing sufficient conclusion from insufficient premises.
The artist finds a great pleasures in painting than in having a complete picture.
A thoughtless word hardly ever escapes my tongues o pen.
Ask yourself these three things before you speak; (1) Is it true?(2) Is it necessary (3) Will it hurt anybody.
The difference between failure and success is doing a thing nearly right and doing exactly right.
Power of love
Force creates friction
Friction generates heat
Heat creates fie
Which destroys everything
Love creates bonds
Keeps everyone tight
Conquest through love
Is better than a fight
Samrat is a 26 yr old HR professional. On a regular day he 10 am and logs in, going into various online communities and chat-rooms. He leaves office around 6:30pm and logs in as soon as he reaches home. He is online almost as long as he is awake. Samrat is only one of the numerous people who live more in the virtual world than in the real one around them Samrat knows that.” Life is hectic anit’s very difficult for me to visit and call up my friends on a regular basis. It is far easier to keep in touch with them on line, since most them are on line too. But it is true that the virtual world is becoming very real for us. We are moving away from the world around us.” he says
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the ten minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
