Think of your servants with kindness
Think of your servant with kindness consider their happiness and comfort, and never demand of them that extremity of service which you yourself would not care to perform were you in their place. Rare and beautiful that humility by which a servant entirely forgets himself in his master's good, and more beautiful with a divine beauty, is that nobility by which a man, forgetting his own happiness, seeks the happiness of those who are under his authority, and who depend upon him for their bodily substance.
Said we known and extensive employer of labour, I have always had the happiest relations with my work popple. If you ask me how it is to be explained, I can only say that it has been my aim from the beginning to do to them as I would wish to be done o me.
Develop intelligence through observation.
Many people do not make use of their brain fully, and what they do not use, as everyone knows, goes rusty. If they wish to succeed in life they need an awaken up. sometimes some people pray for more brains without realizing that the brains they have need to be developed for success in life.
Our brain can be trained to be as obedient as our hand or legs. The history of the past ages reveals that people who have used their brain fully, have achieved extraordinary things. And people who through indifference or inactivity have not put their brain to fullest use, have failed in life.
As we think, we travel. as we love, we attract. We are today where our thoughts have brought us. We will be tomorrow where our thoughts take us. By daring to be our best, we can become better, more capable persons than we have demonstrated so far. Once we stop drifting with the crowd and face life courageously, life takes on a new significance.
With reasonable confidence in our own powers, we will be on the right road to progress. It is confidence in our ability to fo the task ahead that generates a sense of sureness. Only because of confidence puny weaklings have grown to giant stature. with confidence inventors have seen their dreams come true!
One of the important factors in developing intelligence is observayion. Many people saw an apple fall to the ground. But it took issac newton  to observe it and found the Law of gravity. Alexander Bell observed and invented the telephone. Albert Einstein observed and found the principle of relativity. And to Thomas Alva Edison who observed, came idea of electric bulb.
all efficiency is based upon observation. We must keep our eyes open all the time and watch how things are done by experienced people. We will do our work more efficiently if we know something of their work. First comes observation and then comes creative thought.
Failure to use our talent is to hurt ourselves. we must be on the alert for little things and jump at opportunities. We just have to keep on jumping because none can tell when the opportunities come. We must aim solely at reaching the maximum we are capable of. That is the creative  success!

The great secret of serving a noble Ideal is to overcome all thoughts of credit ad discredit, they are very very limiting. Also to raise above the thought of success and failure. If you have been blessed by Him and by those who represent Him, you have nothing more to gain, what else is there to covet it if  you have the jewel of devotion to God and His blessings? Then your life we grow care, more blissful every day, and feelings of joy will pour out spontaneously from your inner being.
happiness and strength comes  when we remain steady under all circumstances. This is great which every one needs to learn. Unless we are strong and steady we can never serve truly. We must g through different conditions of life to make ourselves perfect characters. This is absolutely necessary, and without this no true character is ever formed.

Key to human happiness

Life is indeed a hard school and many are the lessons that if has to teach one. 

A rational adjustment of ambition and contentment is, to my experience, the key to human happiness.

Most people act on a momentary impulse on every occasion. Such haphazard conduct without prior deliberation or self-discipline can not but lead very often to unpleasant consequences, if not bitterns.

Hard words and unpleasantness rarely, if ever , help you n achieving your ultimate objective.

Happiness is found in little things.

You cannot pursue happiness and catch it. Happiness comes while you are helping others. The philosophy of happiness is expressed in the old Hindu proverb, which reads; “Help your brother’s boat across and your own has reached the shore.

Happiness is like perfume you cannot spray it on others without getting some on yourself.

Happiness does not depend upon a full pocketbook, but upon a mind full of rich thoughts and a heart full of rich thoughts and a heart full of rich emotions.

Happiness does not depend upon what happens inside of yo it is measured by the spirit in which you meet the problems of life.

‘Happiness is a state of mind, Abraham Lincoln once said, “We are as happy as we make  up our mind to be”.

Happiness does not come from doing what we like to do but from liking what we have to do.

Happiness comes from putting our hearts in our work and doing it with joy and enthusiasm.

Happiness does not come from doing easy work but from the afterglow of satisfaction that comes after the achievement of a difficult task that demanded our best.

Happiness grows out of harmonious relationships with others based on attitudes with others, based on attitude of goodwill, tolerance, understanding and love.

Happiness is found in little things-a baby’s smile, a letter from a friend, the song of a bird, a light in the window.

The master secret of happiness is to meet the challenge of each new day with the faith that, “All things work together for good to them that love God”.

Truth is ever present I the heart but only a few possess the purity and perseverance necessary to perceive It. Hence it is said that many are called but few are chosen. “Among thousands of human beings, scarcely one strives for perfection; and among (the thousand of ) faithful strives after perfection , scarcely one knows Me in reality. “why is this? Because , although there may be many who strive, they do not persevere. Their own nature and tendencies drag them aside out of the path. But a few, one among thousands, persist. When you worship or pray , no special forms are necessary. Know that the real thing needful is to have true devotion in your heart. When you have that, it does not matter whether you repeat any mantam (holy text) or not; it is always accepted by God. What can we give to the Lord? The whole universe belongs to Him already. But if we can only offer our heart’s love and devotion , the alone we worships Him. Otherwise , when we do not have true love and devotion, no amount of offering can please Him. Say plain, simple prayers from your heart and offer the flowers of love and devotion at the feet of your ideal. I am sure this will help you more than any observance of outer forms. Always pray to Him for strength and purity, so that you may be able to serve and worship Him truly.

Purity ,loyalty, perseverance, fearlessness, these are the necessary things to enable us to worship Lord.

Healthy mind is the best way to sound Body.

Men of robust minds do not dwell upon their bodily condition . if it be in any way disordered they ignore it, and work on live on, as thought it were not. This ignoring of the body not only keeps the mind sane and strong, but it is the best resource for curing the body if we cannot have perfectly sound body, we can have a healthy mind. And healthy mind is the best route to a sound body.

A sickly mind is more deplorable than a disordered body. And it leads to sickness of body. The mental ivalid is in a far more pitiable condition than the bodily invalid. There are invalids who only need to lift themselves into a strong unselfish, happy frame of mind to find their body is whole and capable.

How to be attractive

Often we come across a man by far the most popular person in the city Although he is not by any means as attractive in appearance as some citizens. He wins more admiration than others from both men and women of the city. People comment on his charming personality . they call him an attractive person!

We must find out why he appeals to others, why he holds strong powers of attraction to others. He respects the rights of others. He praises people when they have done something praiseworthy, He helps others to feel that they have a personal  worth by showing them that they are important to him. He accepts cheerfully the wishes of others when they are different from his own. His ready smile helps others to see the life is not so gloomy as some of them think

You can also become attractive in the eyes of the public generally. People will like you best if you speak and act naturally without making any attempt at sell-display. When you don’t make any effort to create a good impression there is not artificiality and the genuineness of your personality gives it real beauty.

You would be the most attractive person if only you were yourself. But you would lose half your attractiveness by imitating another person. By copying someone else in your ideas. You are impoverishing rather than improving your personality. If you are ever to be come a distinct individual, you must develop your own original ideas and establish your own principles in lie.

Architect. One who is fill of plans when he meets a girl.

Consultant; He to whom no employment is available.

Dentists; He who bores everyone  to tears.

Efficiency expert; The girl who finds what she want on the first dive into her handbag.

Housework; What a woman does that nobody else notices unless she does not.

Night watchman; He who never does a days’ work in life.

Professor; Oe who talks in the sleep of his students.

Tightrope walker; A man who keeps to the straight and narrow.

Tax inspector; he who believes twice what people tell him.

If he is religious , he is a hypocrite; if he doesn’t go to church, he is a hardened sinner. If he give to charity, it is for show; if he doesn’t he is a soft specimen; if he doesn’t care for anyone, he is cold-hearted. If he dies young, here was agreat future before him; if he lives to a ripe age, he is an old fellow. If he saves money, he is a miserly person; if he spends money , he is a spendthrift. Serve mankind like a honey bee

Serve mankind like a honey bee giving your very best to others and expecting nothing personal in return.

Look out opportunities to serve your country and your people and not for opportunities to gain personal power and wealth.

Learn to see yourself as others see you and do not be sensitive and touchy to things said about you, which may not always be to your liking.

Have courage, character, and faith in yourself to tackle problems in your life.

There is nothing impossible in life to achieve provided your aims are sensible and practicable if you have the determination to achieve it. Do not be your own enemy causing  your self avodable disillusions and distresses.

There are so many opportunities in the world to serve mankind well, but there is so little time to do this. Do not waste the precious moments of you life on useless pursuits. There is no time to be idle.

God must be in your thoughts always. Fear him. This will help you in your service to making in general. Learn to obey-you can then command Learn to be a good “servant”-you can then be a good master.

Our duty is to harmonize, to sympathize, but never to antagonize. Do not run away from facts.

Some people would rather have ulcers than face facts. They would rathe undergo a major operation at great risk and expense than open their heart to a doctor, priest or psychiatrist for advice!

At times their friends relatives and neighbours guess that all is not well with them. But they deny that it is not so and run away from facts, little knowing that facts also run with them.

Truth always burst. Many people go along life at great risks to their health. They do not want to face truth, to get at the root of the trouble and find a remedy or solution.

People should not run away from facts, for facts will run with them and even overtake them instead of worrying as to what they have to eat, they should see what is eating them.

I ask the great surgeon to be with me

In a large metropolitan hospital there is a surgeon who insists upon having a moment alone before entering the operating room. Because of his great skill many of the younger doctors wondered if there might be a relation between his success and this unusual habit. When one of the doctors put the question to the surgeon, he answered. “yes”, the is relationship, a very close one. Before each operation . I ask the great surgeon to be with me, to guide my hands in their work. There have been times when I did not know what to do next, and then came a power to go on-power which I know comes from God. I would not think of performing an operation without asking God’s help.

If you want Joy

A day spent in hard work gives a great meaning to life, the satisfaction of duty done and the joy of achieving results.

An artist enjoys his won painting , a farmer enjoys an apple from his won garden; each one enjoys his won produce, better than that of anyone else. The fruits of labour are sweeter than the gifts of fortune.

One should make the most of opportunities given, for an opportunity wasted never come sack. What is to be done, do today, because tomorrow is uncertain. Act while the sun shines. Form .”The night will come when no one can act’, says the Bble.

If you want joy, work now; if you don’t , sorrow will follow.

We find in the Bhagavad Gita various descriptions of the ultimate Reality . he is described as having no form or attribute, as having attributes but formless, and again as having both from and attributes-which shows that He is both impersonal and personal and yet beyond both, for we cannot limit Him and say He is this much , since the Infinite can never be an object of finite knowledge. In this impersonal aspect He is Brahman, the highest imperishable principle. The unmanliest beyond the other manifest. Viz. Prakriti. This unmanliest, imperishable Brahman is the supreme goal, attaining which one does not return. Being beyond the range of the senses. It has no pheno0menal existence.  It Is not non being either, for it makes itself felt through the functions of the various sense as the driving force behind them.  It  is bereft of all sense organs for otherwise it would be limited like ordinary beings. Therefore the attribution of sense-organs. to it is only figurative and not real. It is unattached, yet sustains everything as its substratum, being existence itself. It is without attributes, yet the energizer  all attributes. It is far and yet near, as our very soul. It is undivided in beings yet remains as if divided. All these apparent contradictions are resolved. If we remember that Brhaman is both transcendent and immanent. Brhaman has become this universe and yet tr5anscends it. When the transcendent Brhaman appears as this universe.  It becomes subject, as it were, to certain limitations which do not really belong to It, but to the phenomenal world. Hence this paradoxical description through affirmation and negation. It is the Light of lights and beyond darkness or ignorance. The sun does not illuminate It , nor the moon, nor the fire. This Brhaman is the one Reality to be known in order to attain immortality. To those whose ignorance is destroyed. Their knowledge manifest . it . In this description of the impersonal we have an echo of the Upanishads.
