Better world
The world today would be much better
If each man starts loving the other
If all evils and sins are shun
If all men behave as one.
If all ugly thoughts are suppressed
If each man has faith in the other
If each considers the other a brother
If friends remain true
Oh , what a wonderful place the world would
be then.

Tips for Facing interview
List out the companies that interest you and
short list it as per your eligibility.
Sent them your bio-data with a covering
letter showing your desire to join them.
Try to
study the annual reports of the companies and get all information. A company
will always see wether a candidate has the descried potential of their company
While preparing your bio-data .
Never give wrong information,
Never give half truth.
Your bio-data should be slightly different
from others a piece of art.
The language should be grammatically correct;
not spelling mistake and should be original .
Do not mention any negative points.
Enclose a pleasant looking photograph.
Once you receive an interview call, send a
Thanks Letter’ to acknowledge .Thereafter, collect information about the
company either by interacting with some person of the company or through
reliable sources.
Make an index of the required documents and
file it suing a click file and not a punch file. This is to help you give the
right documents to the interviewer during the interview without wasting time.
If the interview is at a far off pace , try
to reach the place one day earlier. If it is in the same city try to reach only
15 minutes early and not before.
Sober clothes are ideal but it should be best
decided as per the profile of the job. For men, it can be formals and for
ladies a light make up can do.
The interviews of today are very different
from what they were five ago. An informal atmosphere is created to bring the
best out of the candidate.
If you do not know a question posed to you,
frankly say that you do not have any idea about it. Your frankness will be
appreciated. And to answers that you know, try to be to the point and truthful,
if any question asked irritates you, try to be calm and maintain a sense of
humour.
Keep in mind as to why one should take you.
Because you have been short listed for the
interview
Because you are reasonably qualified to do
the job that will be assigned to you.
Because of mutual need.
Because you do not want a job but a career
with the company.
