INNER ARTIST

There is an artist in your brain His name is IMAGINATION. H e paints pictures that either cheer you or depress you. He paints pictures of what may happen . he deals only with the future, and he has no knowledge of it.

Sometimes he is a pessimist . He paints pictures of danger and death. People sometimes take their own lives because of these frightening pictures.

Sometimes he is an optimist . then he paints pictures of victory peace and happiness.

He may be either your good friend or your bad enemy-this  inner artist of yours.

He may give you confidence, or he may depress you into the depths of despair.

You must control him, If he is a pessimist, you must give him strict orders to paint more helpful pictures.

No man should allow himself to be the victim of a pessimistic imagination.

Man has will power , and he can give orders to his inner artist. He can order the sort of pictures that will give him strength.

To look on the bright side-that is vastly more sensible and helpful than to look at dark disasters that will probably never happen.

Average man

The average an in the eye of gossiping neighbours is bound to lose, no matter what he does in life. If he is poor, he is a bad manager. If he is prosperous  he made his money through cheating or pure luck. If he is in politics , it is for what he can get out of it. If he is not a politician, he does not know enough to get a government job. If he is not charitable, he is a miser, if he does, it is only for the show , if he is active in his religion , he is hypocrite. If he shows affection , he is a rank sentimentalist , if he keeps his affection to himself , he is cold blooded if he dies young, there was a great future ahead of him If he attains old age, he missed his calling.

Healing By Prayer

The best medicine for all diseases is kritan, japa , and regular meditation  The divine waves regenerate and energise the cells, tissues,  nerves etc, another very cheap but really potent medicine is cheerfulness, Smile, laugh and be cheerful. All dieses will take to their heels.

At present , science is busy finding the laws of external nature while religion seeks the truths of the inner world. Naturally they seem to be going in altogether opposite directions . but in comparison with eternity the human race is still in its infancy. Who knows in some distant future , science will reach its ultimate goal, and while comparing its findings with those or religion, it will see that there exist no two separate entities as external and internal worlds.
