Inner wisdom
Listen to our body’s wisdom, which expresses itself through signals of comfort and discomfort. When choosing certain behaviour, ask your body “How do you feel about this?” If your body sends a signal of physical or emotional distress, watch out. If your body sends a signal or physical or emotional distress, watch out. If your body sends a signal of comfort and eagerness proceed.
Live in the present, for it is the only moment you have. Keep your attention on what is here and how look for the fullness in every moment. Accept what comes to you totally and completely so that you can appreciate it, learn form it, and then let it go. The present is as it should be. It reflects infinite laws of nature that have brought you this exact thought, this exact physical response. This moment is as it is because the universe is as it is. Don’t struggle against the infinite scheme of things; instead be at one with it.
Take time to be silent to meditate, to quiet the internal dialogue in moments of silence, and realize that you are re-contacting your source of pure awareness. Pay attention to your inner life so that you can be guided by intuition rather than externally imposed interpretations of what is or isn’t good for you.
Relinquish your need for external approval. You alone are the judge of your worth, and your goal is to discover infinite worth in yourself, no matter what anyone else thinks. There is great freedom in this realization.
When you find yourself reacting with anger or opposition to any person or circumstance. Realize that you are only struggling with yourself. Putting up resistance is the response of defenses created by old hurts. When you relinquish this anger, you will be healing yourself and cooperating with the flow of the universe.
Know that the world “Out there” reflects your reality in “in here” The people you react to most strongly, whether with love or hate, are projection of your inner world. What you most hate is what you most deny in yourself. What you most love is what you wish for in yourself. Use the mirror of relationships to guide your evolution. The goal is total self-knowledge. When you achieve that you most want will automatically be there, and what you most dislike will disappear.
Shed the burden of judgment you will feel much lighter. Judgment imposes right and wrong on situations that just are. Everything can be understood and forgiven, but when you judge, you cut off understanding and shut down the process of learning to love. In judging others, you reflect your lack of self acceptance. Remember that every person you forgive adds to your self love.
Don’t contaminate your body with toxins, either through food, drink or toxic emotions. Your body is more than a life-support system. It is the vehicle that will carry you on the journey of your evolution. The health of every cell directly contributes to your state of well-being because every cell is a point of awareness within the field of awareness that is you.
Replace fear-motivate behaviour with love –motivated behaviour. Fear is the product of memory, which dwells in the past. Remembering what hurt us before, we direct our energies towards making certain that an old hurt will not repeat itself,. But trying to impose the past on the present will never wipe out the threat of being hurt .That happens only when you find the security of your own being which is love. Motivated by the truth inside you, you can face any threat because your inner strength is invulnerable to fear.
Understand that the physical world is just a mirror of deeper intelligence. Intelligence is the invisible organizer of all matter and energy.

Getting the facts and thinking that is a fairly good five words definition of Efficiency . every worthwhile in the world was created by getting the facts and thinking . thinking is mental manufacturing . Facts are the raw materials . and the products are ideas, methods and things . every improvement in civilization began in some mans brain. It ha been a thought before it became a thing.
The progress of every nation depends upon the development of thinkers men who have creative thoughts it does not at all depends upon great armies, because militaries have only destructive thoughts. An army is only an organization of men who are trained to kill and destroy.
The man who thinks of a better way to do some useful works he is the man who ought to have the medal and the honours. Some day history will be re-written. It will tell the story of the creative men. No the destructionist. It will tell the story of thinking.
In every nation, in every business firm and even in every small shop success depends more upon ideas then upon any other one thing . every businessman should have more or less thinking time every week. A business that is only run by memory will soon be stuck fact in a rut. We must get facts and ideas from others, by reading and by conversation, and we should try to originate as many ideas as we can .
All this seems self evident when it is written down, but the last thing that men do is to get the facts and think. Edison had this sing hung up on the wall of his workshop. “It is remarkable to what lengths people will go to avoid thought. Some of us think, more of us think that we think, more of us think that we think, and most of us don’t even think of thinking . how many firms try to stimulate their employees to think offer rewards for useful suggestions? Not one out of twenty.
No firm can afford to pay attention only to the atumaticity of its routine. Sooner or later a thinking competitor will push ahead and leave it in the rear. There can be no progress without thought. The firm that twins is the one that gives the most time to getting the facts and thinking..
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the 10 minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
