Principles of True Teaching
The first principle of true teaching is that nothing can be taught. The teacher is not an instructor or taskmaster; he is a helper and a guide.
The second principles is that mind has to be consulted in its own growth. The child must be induced to expand in accordance with its own nature.
The third principle of education is to work from the near to the far. The basis of man’s nature is almost always in addition to his soul’s past, his heredity, his surroundings, his nationality, his country, the soil from which he draws substance, the air which he breathes, the sights, the sound habits to which he is accustomed.
There are three things which are of utmost importance in dealing with a man’s moral nature, the emotions, the samskaras or formed habits and associations , and the svabhava or nature, . the only way for him to train himself morality is to habituate himself to the right emotions, the noblest associations, the best mental emotional and physical habits and the following outright action of the fundamental impulses of his essentials Nature.
Your confidence Afterwards
A politician is a fellow who shakes your hand before an election and your confidence afterwards.
Strength
Strength must be tempered with gentleness. If you are strong willed and not gentle, you are likely to be stubborn. The truly great is even he who knows when to yield and when to stand firm.
Let us not Blame others
Let us not blame others, but look for and find the best in everyone. Then we will be filled with a wondrous peace and will find that all that is happening is happening for the best.
Samrat is a 26 yr old HR professional. On a regular day he 10 am and logs in, going into various online communities and chat-rooms. He leaves office around 6:30pm and logs in as soon as he reaches home. He is online almost as long as he is awake. Samrat is only one of the numerous people who live more in the virtual world than in the real one around them Samrat knows that.” Life is hectic anit’s very difficult for me to visit and call up my friends on a regular basis. It is far easier to keep in touch with them on line, since most them are on line too. But it is true that the virtual world is becoming very real for us. We are moving away from the world around us.” he says
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the ten minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
