Make It A Wonderful Day
Whatever the weather , with sky black or blue-whatever the problem that is troubling you-whatever the prospect, make it wonderful day.
How is it done when the clouds draw a bind over the brightness? It is all in the mind. Make your own glory wherever you go, seeing the sun through the rain and the snow.
When you wakeup in the morning from sleep do not let your thoughts slip away and go deep into old grooves of depression. Take charge. Your will-power asserts and you vision enlarges. Turn them by force to the right attitude, away from the wrong and negative mood. You are the master; so they must obey . Make it a wonderful day.
Working steam is not heard. It is the escaping steam, which makes a great noise.
My advice to you concerning applause is this: enjoy it but never quite believe it.
Today –Friend of Man
With every rising of the sun think of your life as just begun. The past is cancelled and buried deep. All yesterdays, let them sleep. Concern yourself with today. Grasp it and teach it to obey your will and plan. Since time began, ‘today ‘has been the friend of man.
Power To Love
What makes you different? Within everyone of us is: The power to do, the power to know, the power to love; the difference in different persons in the use they make of this power.
Man who Learns From Success and Failure
The man who discouraged by his mistakes and by opposition he is dulled. The man who learns from both success and failure-he is sharpened.
Truth Needs No Publicity
Truth needs no publicity other than itself and like a small stone thrown into a pond, it’s ripple will in time inevitably reach the circumference.
Heart of the Matter
The heart has its reasons of which reason knows nothing.
Great Liberator
Great Liberation, deliver us from the bondage of self; .
Cure us from its mad intoxication
Thou alone canst draw our hearts away from its hypnotic spell.
Thou alone canst save us from the tyranny of self
And restore unto us selfless love,
Whose fragrance bringeth life and healing.
Samrat is a 26 yr old HR professional. On a regular day he 10 am and logs in, going into various online communities and chat-rooms. He leaves office around 6:30pm and logs in as soon as he reaches home. He is online almost as long as he is awake. Samrat is only one of the numerous people who live more in the virtual world than in the real one around them Samrat knows that.” Life is hectic and it’s very difficult for me to visit and call up my friends on a regular basis. It is far easier to keep in touch with them on line, since most them are on line too. But it is true that the virtual world is becoming very real for us. We are moving away from the world around us.” he says
I drive joy
There was a doctor in Benaras who spent 5 minutes in the morning and evening for mediation on God. Knowing this, his colleagues and friends laughed at him. One day they argued that he was wasting ten precious minutes on something, which he had been misled into believing. The doctor replied, “Well, if God does not exist, I agree that I am wasting ten minutes a day. But, if He exists? I am afraid you are wasting your entire lifetime. I prefer to waste ten minutes rather than a lifetime. Why should you grudge me the ten minutes joy that I derive from? I am not robbing you of your joy; why should you rob me of mine. He asked. The critics were silenced. –Baba- Chinna Katha
