Let quality reflect in you thought , word and deed.

Time is precious. Time and tide wait for none. Be accountable for every minute.

Be precise and concise in your work, speech and action.

Do consider sincerely, earnestly and implement wherever yo come across an opinion, suggestion about you products.

Delegate work. Management is getting quality work done.

While selecting you work force give top priority for merit and trustworthiness.

Be accessible to everyone.

Arrange occasional get=together for the family members of your employees and offer entertainment snacks & gifts

Give quality time for you family, relatives and friends.

Do always something kind by word or deed and share time. Talent and treasure with heave nots.

Love nearer , dearer, known and unknown.

Be brave , resourceful, have faith in Supreme Power during a crisis.

Keep your knowledge of your business trends up-to-date.

Move with the times when change occurs in production. Sales, service and human resources development.

Keep your places of work and surrounding clean and green. Cleanliness is Godliness.

Keep your records up=to-date.

Adopt latest technology in all your activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Give up priority t the opinion, suggestion or criticism of consumers. They play a vital role in your growth or fall.

Treat all employees as members of your extended family. Help them and their children in their medical and educational needs. Encourage your employees to learn yoga or attend fitness programmes to minimise absence.

Remove deadwood. Were ever you find an employee is very old or unable to fit his post advice him to retire and honour him with adequate compensation and all possible facilities

Offer incentives to staff members whoever and whenever one adopts innovative ideas to improves efficiency.

Keep open voluntary retirement scheme when. An employee has a mind to retire.

Have a review meeting every 7 month and promote employees accordingly.

A manger should treat all employees equally and should not be biased to one set of employees.

Most importantly have a growth plan for your organisation and follow accordingly to reach new heights every year.

It is always better to diversify your business to other new sectors as the risks get mitigated. As the risks in business cannot be timed. Its better to be cautious than feel sorry later.

Now all conceptions take place at a certain time. In a certain place, and as an effect of a previous cause. Hence that which is beyond the plane of conception must be beyond the plane of space, time and causation. It is a fact that things are separated by space, events are separated by time, and causes are separated from effects by the law of causation; so when things are beyond the reach of these three separating principles having nothing to divide them and thus make them many, they must be inseparable, and hence one. So, that which is smaller than the smallest must also have to be bigger than the biggest. Hence the two diametrically opposite qualities are applicable to the same being that goes by the name of ‘soul’, Since all forms exist between these two opposite poles, and the soul is the basis of them, it necessarily follows from this that all forms belong to the soul. This also decides the question as to the numbers of souls. Being localised beyond space time and causation, they cannot be many, but absolutely one, one without a second. Therefore the idea of the plurality of souls is based upon sheer ignorance.

Best Person You can Be

In the beginning, the Pencil Maker spoke to the pencil, saying, “There are five things you need to know before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and you will become the best pencil you can be. “

First; you will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in someone’s hand.

Second; You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but this is required if you are to become a better pencil.

Third; You have the ability to correct any mistakes you might make.

Fourth; The most important part of you will always be what is inside

Fifth. No matter what the condition , you must continue to write You must always leave a clear , legible mark no matter how difficult is the situation.

Promising to remember, the pencil went into the box fully understanding its Maker’s advise.

Similarly , if you remember the following and act accordingly, you will become the best person you can be.

First; you will be able to do many great things, but only if , you allow yourself to be held in God’s hand and allow other human beings to approach you for the many gifts you possess.

Second ; you will experience a painful sharpening from time to time , by going through various problems, but you will need it to become a stronger person.

Third ; You will be able to correct mistakes you might make or grow through them.

Fourth; the most important part of you will always be what is inside.

Fifth; On every surface you walk you must leave you mark . No matter what the situation, you must continue to serve God in everything.

Everyone is like a pencil created by the Maker for a unique and special purpose.

By understanding and remembering this, let us proceed with our life on this earth having a meaningful purpose in our heart and a relationship with God .

Harmony In Family

In the mad rush of our life we forget, as John Howard Payne said. “Amid pleasures and palaces though we may roam, be it ever so humble, there is no place like home”. How true! What strange, compelling magic the simple word ‘home’ possessed! Joyous  and comforting family, the family togetherness. These things have become things of the past.

Now a days we hear as well as watch sitting in our drawing rooms , visuals of violence. Students defiant of teachers and children disrespectful  to elders. It is so disheartening.

We have everything ready made. We share the space under the same roof. But are we living with a feeling of togetherness that leads to inner harmony in an individual which is necessary for the family harmony? After all, at the end only two things matter to man, and they are-affection and understanding of the family . as will Durant said. The family is the nucleoids of civilization’ That is where the values regarding family and society are best inculcated. It is more relevant in modern times than at any other time. We have countless incidences of breaking of relations among the family which ultimately reflects in the thoughts and deeds of an individual.

The best and final panacea for many social maladies of present times lies in the life at home and later in the educational institution where a child is nurtured. All the more, domestica harmony is the principal source of happiness and well being. The mutual love of husband and wife. Of parented and children, of brothers and sisters . they are not only the chief sources of happiness , but the chief safeguards from violence and other kinds of evils.

Again, studying man’s nature, we can see that he cannot but be immortal and eternal. When we study a living being, we study its likes an dislikes. Whatever it dislikes, is unnatural to it. It is Schidananada, eternal, all knowing and all –blissful. This is the nature of the soul. And it has been demonstrated in many other ways. The question arises ; if it is a fact about you are eternal, all knowing and all blissful, how is it that you do not know many thing? You are really eternal, all knowing and blissful, but you have so far forgotten your true Self that you are not able to know it. You identify yourself with the body and believe in our embodied self so much that you never can dream of our infinite Self, you are even disposed to laugh at a man if he tells you that you are limitless. The soul is finite; the body is finite, so when you identify yourself with the body through ignorance , your knowledge, pleasure and life also become finite. If you can separate yourself from your body and mind, then , and not till then, will you be able to realise your true nature. Then you will be able to know all, to possess all, and to realise that everything is within yourself.

Effective Time Management

Time is our most precious commodity far more precious than gold. It has a high value. We all have access to the same amount of time.24 hours in a day . By controlling your time, you can control your life.

Effective time management means accomplishing more in less time, be aware, of the importance of time. Napoleon Bonaparte, French general know the value of time. He said “You could find me losing battles, but not minutes.”

Definite plans mean definite results.

Make a list of the jobs you wish to do in order of their importance and work on them. Put everything possible on a time table. Honest self monitoring on an hourly basis can do wonders. You will be able to work using less energy. The  fastest way to do many things is to do only one thing at a time. When you have completed a task give yourself some kind of reward. Rewards help to provide inspiration.

Take care of today

It is good to get up early in the morning . you will have more time at your disposal. You can also get ready without hurrying . Never clutter your mind with things that can be written down. It is much better to leave your mind free for creative pursuits. Attend to unpleasant activities early in the day when you are lively and not tired. Rest of the day would be more peasant and enjoyable.

Time management is Time investment.

The purpose of effective time management is to give you freedom. It will help you avoid spending time on things that are unimportant and enable you to accomplish you highest priorities.

Make use of coffee breaks for relaxation. Do exercise if you are tense or learn a new word fro your dictionary . use this time to read a book and jot down ideas. Spend your time in a way that takes your nearer to your goal. Do things on time and have spare time to deal with extra emergency jobs.

People who lose money in a bad investment can always make more money . but they can never get back the time they have lost. Once time is gone. It is gone forever. Those who set unrealistic goals tend to get frustrated when they are unable to complete them.

Goal setting, conscious and deliberate planning, leads to improved time management. Overcome postponing the work.

In the modern world every one is eager to get possessions. If your eagerness to get possessions is not held in check, it can drive you to annoying situations. Possessions alone do not contribute to happiness. Yet the desire for possessions is a natural tendency in human beings.

Early in life children start saying “My” and “Mind” There is a thrill in collecting autographs, stamps, coins, match labels short biographies adventure stories , etc. This results in a sense of pride of possession. Later on, as adults they collects all sorts, of objects, most of them with out any natural value.

Uncontrolled desire of acquisition and pride in the feeling of ownership may rob you of some of the finest features of your character. Many instances of disappointment in life are due to feelings of jealousy and greed for wealth among people.

As a balanced individual you have to direct the passion for possession into a desire for the best gifts. You must desire to possess not for impressing others but for distributing you gifts for the benefits of the public. You must acquire riches but you must share them with your fellow men.

Listen , discuss and read with an open mind.

The best piece of advice I have ever come across which has been handed over from generation to generation is found in the Rig Veda;

“Let noble thoughts come to us from every side.”

If all who read  this advice thought of it and put it into practice , many wars and much human suffering could be avoided, and the world today would be a much better place to live in.

“Think with an open mind” suggests the psychologist. “Have a board mind”, advises the sociologist, and your will avoid many ulcers; and be happier as well.

And yet, most of us, in one way or other, are narrow minded and prejudiced. Often we shut out the truth and dim the brightest. We avoid any evidence that would refute our belief’s.

It is the mark of a superior mind to open itself to new thinking and logical reasoning.

Listen, discuss and read with an open mind. Search for new ideas. They may come from many, different, and unexpected sources.

Life is made happy by the open-mindedness and deep rooted trust we have in one another .

Lesson Live Has Taught Me

Never accept defeat.

Life has taught me that an individual can achieve anything if he is willing to work hard with dedication.

Life has also taught me that however heavy the odds against an individual or however difficult the circumstances, he should never accept defeat but keep up striving until he achieves what he seeks to obtain in life.

My experience in life has also taught me not to rub people on the wrong side; to avoid arrogance, and draw out the best in men and women by treating them with humaneness and decency and not hurting their emotions or their egos.

At the circus the strong man dipped a sponge into a pail of water and squeezed until every drop of water was out of it. He invited anyone who wished to come into the ring and try to squeeze another drop out of the sponge.

Several men tried it, without any result.

At last a small man entered, and to the astonishment of all present, he squeezed out drop after frop.

A member of the audience recognised the man and shouted. “That is not a fair test!”

Make a good beginning today

The monistic method of realising God is almost the same. The monist also rebels against the slavery of passions and desires. The Vedas say the the soul is bound by three Guans (ropes), Satva, Rajas and Tamas. The monist breaks of  all bondages one after another , till last he realises his freedom. The very first lesson to Arjuna by Sri Krishna runs thus; Go beyond the dualistic conceptions of pleasure and pain , and of ‘I’ and “Thou” Know that you are changeless, infinite and perfect, In this way the monist found that there is nothing to limit him, and then he realise s the infinite nature of his self. To say that he loses himself even as the dew drop merges in the ocean, I sonly by way of helping the understanding. The monistic conception does not destroy the individual . on the contrary the individual who was subject to birth and death, who was weak and ignorant, knows himself to be eternal, infinite and all wise. Here there is no destruction of individuality. The man has been awakened from his false dream that he was finite. This is the Prabuddha or awakened condition, in which one realises that one’s true nature is eternally wise and blissful.

In the dualistic method enjoyment is the ideal. In the monistic method freedom is the ideal. By the first the lover gets his Beloved at last, and by the second the slave becomes the Master. Both  sublime. One has no need to go from one ideal to the other.
